Abstract: Bidding procurement is one of the procurement methods internationally adopted.The key point in the course of bidding procurement lies in how to make a choice among many bids.Based on the characteristics of equipment bidding procurement,this paper designs an evaluating index system by means of Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP) and Value Engineering(VE) with an aim of setting up an integrate and practical evaluating system for equipment bidding procurement.Moreover,this paper provides an application case,which has been well applied to enterprises and has brought about good economic benefits.
