Abstract: With the development of market economy,construction enterprises are facing increasingly fierce competition.How to enhance competitiveness and remain invincible is the urgent question for many enterprises.As a scientific method combining technology and economy,value engineering is undoubtedly the strong guarantee for enterprises' sound development.This paper firstly introduces the basic concept of value engineering,analyzes the importance of value engineering in construction project management and then proposes the application method of value engineering in each phrase of the construction project management.

TL;DR: The application of value engineering theory in the packaging optimum design was introduced by taking the wooden packaging optimal design as an example, and according to the value engineering working routine as mentioned in this paper, and it was put forward that applying value engineering in packaging optimisation was an effective way to enhance the packaging function, reduce the packaging cost, and realize maximal economic efficiency.

Abstract: In this paper, Value Engineering (VE) method is applied to analyze weapon equipment It can be also called proportion of effectiveness and life cycle cost as value According to American Dupuy's opinion, we can convert effectiveness of weapon equipment into "Combat Effectiveness Value" (OLI), calculate life cycle cost of weapon equipment and contrast them Thus, optimal combination of effectiveness and life cycle cost is obtained At the same time, quantitative analysis method of choosing weapon equipment system is put forward These are significant and offer some guidance and references for improving national defense economic benefit of our country

Abstract: Nowadays, the upstream providers of Yunnan germanium value chain share small value, failed to get the reasonable value share; therefore the research on the germanium value chain of Yunnan has important significance. Firstly, this paper analyze the concept of germanium value chain based on the existing research on value chain, then combine with the actual situation of the industry of germanium, from the basic activities and supporting activities construction of value chain of germanium; and then analyze the value chain deficiencies of Yunnan germanium industry from the upstream value chain, midstream value chain, downstream value chain and value chain integration. Aiming at these deficiencies, proposing the targeted measures and suggestions to improve customer satisfaction, occupy the key position of germanium industrial value chain, and improve coordination of upstream and downstream enterprises.
