Abstract: In current era, every organization wants continuous improvement to cope up with competitive market. Continuous improvement achievement and its sustainability are still very challenging for industrial organizations. Apart from focusing improvements, employees comfort has also been taken care in order to sustain improvements. Employees are the key resources who plays active role in the growth of their organization so expenditure on employees comfort is also much essential. Value engineering is a key industrial engineering tool that provides a balance between expenditure and effectiveness in any industry. Current study presents the value engineering case study in a unique way for industrial fans that consumes both resources and expenditure for personal comfort. The industrial fans are required for productive functioning of personnel and also lead to increase in cost for the company. Thus, value is evaluated as the performance indicator of the industrial fans in relation to the cost using well-known value engineering concept. The insights of present study will be highly beneficial for the researchers and practitioners of value engineers in any organization.

Consideration comparative the value engineering between public and privategirl guidance schools

Abstract: This study aimed to compare the value engineering situation between governmental and private girls schools - in one area Tabriz at academic year 89-90 was conducted using a descriptive method .The sample size was 237 persons who were selected through stratified random sampling. The measure tool was a researcher produced questionnaire that its reliability was confirmed by calculating Cronbach's alpha (α= 0.9 ).data was Analyzed with statistical software spss and t-test , Results showed significant differences is between value engineering situation in government and private schools. private schools were better than governmental schools, in Average " information step", "function analysis step", "creative step "& " development. Here optimization model is value engineering using Artificial Neural Network (ANN) with aid of Hybrid model of Artificial Bee colony (ABC) and Particle Swarm Optimization (PSO). In this process is to finding the wherever majority of sources available, that source corresponding scheme is selected with the low operational cost and energy consumption.
