TL;DR: Zhang et al. as discussed by the authors proposed a new idea that was not limited to assess the value of assets on a specified day, designed a evaluation model of geographical indication property using the excess earnings method and fuzzy forecast method.
Abstract: -Geographical Indication, as a intellectual property, which has a great economic value, is a important issue and gap on many international trade negotiations. Since the signing of the 1994 TRIPS Agreement, the community of scholars and relevant government departments in China carried out a lively discussion on geographical indication, but which mainly concentrated on the legislative and institutional development. In order to Improve value management level, this paper , From the asset evaluation angle ,elaborated the evaluation purpose of the geographical indications property, analyzed the value influencing factors in all respects, and proposed a new idea that was not limited to assess the value of assets on a specified day , designed a evaluation model of geographical indication property using the excess earnings method and fuzzy forecast method.

TL;DR: In this paper, a longitudinal case study is used to show strategic action that a firm may take to construct and motivate a prominent network position through alliance with multiple well-endowed partners.
Abstract: The challenge of interfirm network management has prompted firms to design a dedicated alliances network with desirable properties in order to deliver maximum value. By using a longitudinal case study, this paper shows strategic action that a firm may take to construct and motivate a prominent network position through alliance with multiple well-endowed partners. More specifically, it discusses networking strategies regarding network membership, tie modality and network structure in terms of value creation and value protection.

TL;DR: In this article , the authors proposed three creative ideas, namely, Conventional Method (PA-1),Floordeck and Wiremesh Method(PA-2), and Hollow Core Slab Method (Hull core slab method), which were evaluated with the help of Expert Choice application.
Abstract: Value Engineering is a multidisciplinary-based systematic approach that is carried out creatively, innovatively and systematically to find a functional balance between cost, reliability and performance toachieve the concept of value for money. In value engineering there are six stages. The information stagecarried out 2 analyzes, namely cost breakdown and Pareto diagram analysis, resulting in the largestwork being owned by concrete work with a weight of 37% and a weight of 28% of floor slab work fromthe total concrete work. The function analysis stage produces 1 primary function and 4 secondaryfunctions. The creative stage produces 3 creative ideas, namely the Conventional Method (PA-1),Floordeck and Wiremesh Method (PA-2), and Hollow Core Slab Method (PA-3). The evaluation stageresulted in 2 creative ideas that passed. In the development stage, several calculations are carried outthat support all creative ideas. In the evaluation criteria stage, each alternative choice is assessed withthe help of the Expert Choice application, resulting in a total PA-2 value of 20% greater than PA-1. Thecalculation of the floor slab design results in the serviceability of PA-2 being 12.67% higher than that ofPA-1. PA-1's NPV is 5% greater than PA-2's. The PA-2 index value is 2.17 smaller than PA-1. The use ofPA-2 can save RAB of IDR 101,372,430.00 or 5%.

TL;DR: In this paper , the authors run a set of questionnaires referenced from journals and refined by expert professionals to obtain those factors causing redundant materials, and the questionnaire outcome provides clues on major driving factors.
Abstract: Construction materials are very significant spending in a construction project. They may create losses to Implementation Budget Plan (IBP) whenever the number is excessive. This paper is intended to find causes of redundant materials for guidelines to next projects to avoid excessive number of redundant materials. This paper details driving factors to material redundancy, total value of redundant materials and percentage ratio of redundant materials total value over IBP value. To obtain those factors causing redundant materials, this research run a set of questionnaires referenced from journals and refined by expert professionals. The questionnaires set was then handed to managerial peers and other non-managerial respondents to acquire their responses. The questionnaire outcome provides clues on major driving factors. They are lack of control at site, lack of supervision and lack of allocated facility for redundant materials. Further studies in this paper using price details in IBP and unit conversion on redundant materials have come to a material redundant value of Rp. 383.940.000 from an IBP value of Rp. 31.125.169.000. The highest percentage ratio of redundant materials is from ceramics fitting works at 34.18% while total value percentage ratio of redundant materials over IBP is 1.23%.
