TL;DR: In this paper, a method for evaporation of a liquid hydrophobic working medium is proposed, in which the working medium vapours, moving as a result of differential pressure, are heated and passed through a layer of frozen product being dried.
Abstract: FIELD: food industry. ^ SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. In accordance with the method proposed evaporation of a liquid hydrophobic working medium is performed. The working medium vapours, moving as a result of differential pressure, are heated and passed through a layer of frozen product being dried. This process is performed one or several times, passing heated working medium vapours through, accordingly, one or several layers of frozen product being dried. The produced mixture of water vapours and working medium vapours is passed through one or more desublimators/absorbers where desublimation/absorption of water vapours from the mixture is performed. One performs condensation of working medium vapours and liquid working medium return to the process beginning. The working medium is represented by a low-boiling liquid or an easily liquefied gas. Proposed is a device for the method implementation. ^ EFFECT: usage of this group of inventions enables drying time reduction and prevention of contact of the product being dried with atmospheric oxygen. ^ 10 cl, 1 dwg

TL;DR: In this article, a low-boiling liquid with its vapours in the liquid state is drawn from a pressure system to a storage vessel, where the presure in the storage vessel is reduced and the pressure in the pressure system increased.
Abstract: In order to enable the drawing-off of residual vapours of a low-boiling liquid from a pressure system (1) into a storage vessel (2), the pressure between said system and the storage vessel is first equalized, whereafter the presure in the storage vessel is reduced and the pressure in the pressure system increased, enabling thus passage of the low-boiling liquid with its vapours in the liquid state into the storage vessel. This process can be repeated in order to draw-off liquid with its vapours from the pressure system.

TL;DR: In this paper, a process and an apparatus for collecting hydrocarbon vapours originating from tanks or reservoirs for liquid hydrocarbons is described, under practically isothermal conditions, with the aid of a liquid ring vacuum pump (PaL) operating with a service liquid of substantially the same composition as the hydrocarbon to be collected.
Abstract: A process and an apparatus for collecting hydrocarbon vapours originating from tanks or reservoirs for liquid hydrocarbons. Under practically isothermal conditions, the hydrocarbon vapours are sucked up and condensed with the aid of a liquid ring vacuum pump (PaL) operating with a service liquid of substantially the same composition as the hydrocarbon to be collected; the liquid obtained is separated, in a decanter/separator (DS), from the gases which cannot be condensed under the operating conditions and a portion of the liquid obtained is recycled as service liquid for the liquid ring pump. A regulation device (7) makes it possible to sample the liquid hydrocarbon collected with a view to its storage. The recycled liquid is cooled at (E3) to a temperature which is sufficiently low to obtain, in the liquid ring pump, the vapour pressure desired for the condensation of the hydrocarbon vapours.
