Abstract: Is air-cooled heat exchanger integrated fan drive system. Integrated fan drive system, high-torque having a rotatable shaft, a low speed permanent magnet motor, a fan coupled directly to the rotatable shaft, and the permanent magnet motor to control the rotational speed of the permanent magnet motor and a variable frequency drive for communicating electrical signals. High torque, the permanent magnet motor is provided with two or more bearings which cooperates with the shaft. Variable frequency drive includes a variable frequency controller having an output for supplying an electrical signal to a control input and a high torque for receiving the AC power, the operating speed of the permanent magnet motor. Variable frequency drive is also user is provided with a user interface that communicates with variable frequency control returning electronic data signals to be input to the speed control data. Other embodiments of the present invention are described herein.

Abstract: An AC operating system has an electrical distribution panel; a variable frequency drive control unit having a first variable frequency drive and a second variable frequency drive; a hydraulic oil heat exchanger; and a hydraulic power unit. The hydraulic power unit includes a housing having a first electric motor connected to the first variable frequency drive and a second electric motor connected to the second variable frequency drive. A first pump and valve assembly is connected to the first electric motor and a second pump and valve assembly is connected to the second electric motor. A motor start command is transmitted from the electrical distribution panel to at least one of the variable frequency drives. The variable frequency drive controller ramps up power to the selected motor to begin rotation of the motor to a predetermined operating speed in a predetermined amount of time.

Abstract: Electrical submersible pumps are the main tool for oil production in Russia. The most effective way of electrical submersible pumps regulation is to use a variable frequency drive. The submersible pump electric drive with low-voltage frequency converter is widely used in oilfields. The main advantage of this electric drive is the possibility of using inexpensive low-voltage frequency converter. The important advantage of multi-level frequency converters is high time between failures. High time between failures is provided by redundancy of power cells. Calculations are given for the reliability of submersible pumps regulated electric drives.

It is shown that, using special algorithms in control systems allows one to implement a very efficient and reliable technological complex with high performance capabilities at minimal cost.

Abstract: Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation (SVPWM) technique is one of the best method of PWM variable frequency drive and make the AC motor achieving the performance as good as DC motor. Permanent Magnet Synchronous Motor (PMSM) has many advantages of small volume, steady operation, high energy efficiency, large output torque, etc. To solve the problems of auto environment and energy sources, study on Pure Electric Vehicles (PEV) driven by PMSM based on SVPWM is an important research direction and has the practical value. On the basis of analyzing the basic models of SVPWM, PMSM and PEV, simulation model of PMSM Control System for PEV can be constructed. The results of the simulation show that the control system has super performance and meet the request of system.
