TL;DR: In this article, a video signal amplifier circuit is used to amplify an output of a differentiation circuit to a deflecting subcoil to correct video blurring by supplying an output current.
Abstract: PURPOSE:To overlap a horizontal deflecting magnetic field generated by a horizontal deflecting coil with a magnetic field in proportion to a linear differential waveform of a video signal and to correct video blurring by supplying an output current of the circuit to amplify an output of a differentiation circuit to a deflecting subcoil. CONSTITUTION:A video signal amplifier circuit 2 of a video display circuit amplifies a video signal from a detection circuit 1, and the amplified signal is inputted to a CRT9. In accordance with the synchronizing signal from the circuit 1, a horizontal or vertical deflecting current is generated from a synchronizing deflecting circuit 3, and supplied to a deflecting coil unit 4. A video quality adjusting device 8 is added to the display circuit. The device 8 consists of a differentiation circuit 6 to differentiate a video signal, an amplifier circuit 7 and a horizontal deflecting subcoil 5 provided coaxially with a horizontal deflecting coil of the unit 4. An output current of the differentiation circuit 6, which is amplified in the circuit 7, is supplied to the coil 5, overlapped with a magnetic field in proportion to a linear differential waveform of a video signal in a horizontal deflecting magnetic field generated by the unit 4, and video blurring is corrected.
