Abstract: The new NHS White Paper (DoH, 1997) provides for a new legal duty of quality for chief executives in Trusts. Clinical governance is seen as a central tenant of this legal duty which is designed to raise clinical quality to the same level of importance as corporate governance.

Abstract: 5G is now commercial phase globally. Taking into account issues of initial 5G and market needs, R&D for5G enhancements is undergoing in NTT DOCOMO. Studies on beyond 5G/6G are initiated in the world and conference on this topic is taking place by Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications in Japan. NTT DOCOMO is studying 5G evolution and 6G aggressively and published the white paper on these topics in January, 2020. In this presentation, contents of the white paper and our latest study results will be explained. Our requirements for advanced semiconductor 1C technologies in terms of 5G evolution and 6G will be explained, also.

Abstract: Cycle tourism was identified in the Australian federal government's 2003 Tourism White Paper as a niche market with potential for enhancing Australia's competitiveness in the global tourism marketplace. However, if Australia is to establish itself as an internationally recognised cycle tourism destination, the three spheres of government must work together and take steps such as strategic planning, to improve the provision of infrastructure and amenities required by cycle tourists. Strategic planning requires a good knowledge of the needs of cycle tourists. However, at this time little systematic research has examined the efficacy of Australia to support this form of tourism. This article reports the outcomes of an exploratory study which examined three factors currently considered impediments to the development of independent cycle tourism.
