TL;DR: In this paper, an ultrasonic communication system capable of wireless installation and supervised operation is achieved by communicating each information bit as two distinct ultrasonic frequencies separated in frequency enough to assure that the signal strength of both transmissions will not be in a deep null at the receiver location at the same time.
Abstract: An ultrasonic communication system capable of wireless installation and supervised operation is achieved by communicating each information bit as two distinct ultrasonic frequencies separated in frequency enough to assure that the signal strength of both transmissions will not be in a deep null at the receiver location at the same time. The transmissions can be coded with a format that recognizes the correct data transmission even if reception of one frequency is lost. By use of transponders and other auxiliary units with periodic polling, supervised operation throughout a building can be maintained with events such as intrusion, fire or emergency as well as failures of particular units of the system reported.

TL;DR: In this paper, an operating unit, which adjusts an indoor temperature to be air-conditioned, and an air conditioner proper, and adjusts the temperature by means of wireless signals transmitted from the operating unit.
Abstract: PURPOSE:To enable a controlling of indoor temperature from an optional place, by locating seperately an operating unit, which adjusts an indoor temperature to be air- conditioned, and an air conditioner proper, and by adjusting the temperature by means of wireless signals transmitted from the operating unit. CONSTITUTION:A light receiver 4 is mounted at an air conditioner proper 2 installed at a proper place of a wall surface 3 of an indoor space to be air-conditioned, and is connected to a receiving circuit 5 and a relay 6 incorporated in the air conditioner proper 2. The relay 6 opens and closes a relay contact 8 positioned at a drive circuit including a compressor 9. In the meantime, a control box 10 equipped with an opening part 11 of the aforesaid air conditioner proper 2 is seperately constituted, incorporating a light transmitter 12 sending wireless signals, such as light and the like, to the aforesaid light receiver 4, a transmitting circuit 13 which converts an operation direction sent from the operating part 11 into the signals, and a temperature detecting circuit 14. The control box 10 is placed at a proper place in the indoor space 1 to control the air conditioner proper 2.

TL;DR: In this article, the authors examined the system requirements dictated by the coherence parameters of low-visibility wavefronts, and described a class of all-optical (essentially wireless) systems that are being investigated for high resolution, real-time, wavefront phase compensation.
Abstract: Adaptive phase compensation receivers have been proposed for improving the performance of line-of-sight atmospheric optical communication systems. In this Paper we examine the system requirements dictated by the coherence parameters of low-visibility wavefronts, and describe a class of all-optical (essentially wireless) systems that are being investigated for high resolution, real time, wavefront phase compensation. Preliminary results from a simpler, single-element, opto-electronic test system that demonstrates the feasibility of the all-optical concept, are also reported.

TL;DR: In this article, a coupler is connected to the high-frequency induction line in the drift and multiple-using a frequency, which is used in one high-fraction induction line, as different values in the mutual communication between workers.
Abstract: PURPOSE:To perform instruction and mutual communication effectively by connecting a coupler to the high-frequency induction line in the drift and multiple-using a frequency, which is used in one high-frequency induction line, as different values in the mutual communication between workers. CONSTITUTION:High-frequency induction line 3 where matching resistor 2 is inserted is arranged along side wall A' of drift A, and monitor TV 4 installed in direction room B and wireless telephone set 4' are connected. Further, wireless telephone set 4' in anteroom C, voice receiver 12 connected to demodulator 13, wireless telephone sets 11 and 11' provided in required positions in drift A'', TV camera 8 and modulator 9 are connected to high-frequency induction line 3. Then, the antenna of transceiver 15 and the connection between high-frequency induction lines 3 for machines in drift A' and anteroom C are connected through antenna 10, and a frequency which is used by one high-frequency induction line 3 is utilized as different values, and the interference of instructions and mutual communication is avoided to mutiple-utilize the frequency.

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors present a system for monitoring museums, where both exhibits and attendants are provided with a transmitter (1, 2) which periodically transmits a standby or alarm signal, and the signals of different exhibits are transmitted consecutively, the time measuring devices controlling this transmission being so highly accurate that they need to be synchronised only once a day.
Abstract: In this system, which is suitable, in particular, for monitoring museums, both exhibits and attendants are in each case provided with a transmitter (1, 2) which periodically transmits a standby or alarm signal. The signals of the different exhibits are transmitted consecutively, the time measuring devices (8, 9) controlling this transmission being so highly accurate that they need to be synchronised only once a day. The fixed transmitters (2) are synchronised by portable devices (6) positioned near to the transmitters while the portable transmitters (1) are synchronised by stationary devices (5).

TL;DR: In this paper, a wireless mike adaptor for amplifier input which supplies the aural output from the microphone via the radio to the microphone connection terminal of the amplifier is provided to secure the shift of the microphone at a snack bar or the like.
Abstract: PURPOSE:To secure the shift of the microphone at a snack bar or the like without giving the unpleasant feeling to the customers by providing the wireless mike adaptor for amplifier input which supplies the aural output from the microphone via the radio to the microphone connection terminal of the amplifier. CONSTITUTION:Output plug 4 of FM receiver 3 which receives the waves from wireless mikes 1 and 2 featuring the different oscillation frequencies to each other is inserted into microphone jack 6 of amplifier 5 for Accompaniment play. Then the power sources are switched on for receiver 3, amplifier 5 plus mikes 1 and 2, and mike selection switch SW1 is switched to the side of mike 1 to give the channel selection only to the wave sent from mike 1 to then switch SW1 to mike 2 for selection of only the wave sent from mike 2. Thus the microphone can be moved easily in a snack bar or the like without giving the unpleasant feeling to the customers.
