Abstract: An efficient synthetic method of tetracyclic 3,4-fused indoles and dihydroindoles via rhodium-catalyzed (3+2) cycloaddition of N-tosyl-4-(2-phenoxyphenyl)-1,2,3-triazole was described. The aromatized xanthene derivatives can be achieved in a one-pot synthesis starting from 1-ethynyl-2-phenoxybenzene. The xanthene-based fused heterocycles were considered as the valuable fluorophore.

TL;DR: Fluorene-based analogues of fluorescein, rhodol, and rhodamine exhibit absorption and fluorescence beyond 800-900 nm in water, 300-400 nm red-shifted compared to the original oxygen-bridged xanthene dyes, giving potential access to low molecular weight fluorescent markers for the second biological window (NIR-II, ca. 1000-1350 nm).

Abstract: The present invention relates to a polymer compound used as a colorant resin composition for a color filter. The polymer compound comprises a structure represented by chemical formula 1 or chemical formula 2. The polymer compound has excellent heat resistance and photo-resistance and shows improved chemical resistance. Thus, the polymer compound can be applied to various devices, particularly as a resin composition for a color filter forming a display device. In chemical formula 1 and chemical formula 2, the substituents are the same as defined in the specification.
