TL;DR: A gradual increase in the concentration of the active and storage hormone forms from the ovary to the ovule was shown and a new procedure for differential and quantitative determination of the main endogenous cytokinins based on the estimation of the effective zeatin andZeatin riboside concentrations from calibration curves constructed using zeat in and zeatIn ribosides as standard antigens was developed.
Abstract: Quantitative changes in the hormonal status of the ovules and ovaries were first studied in Taraxacum officinale Web. at the early stages of embryogenesis. The plant material was analyzed by ELISA using labeled anti-rabbit antibodies. A new procedure for differential and quantitative determination of the main endogenous cytokinins based on the estimation of the effective zeatin and zeatin riboside concentrations from calibration curves constructed using zeatin and zeatin riboside as standard antigens was developed. It was shown that, at the three initial stages of embryogenesis examined, the concentration of zeatin uniformly increased in T. officinale ovules. The concentration of zeatin riboside, conversely, uniformly decreased. However, their total concentration changed insignificantly. A gradual increase in the concentration of the active and storage hormone forms from the ovary to the ovule was shown.

TL;DR: The subculturing of shoots in liquid medium was beneficial for nodal elongation and shoot growth and Gamma ray irradiation at low doses (1-4 Gy) helped to reduce callus formation.
Abstract: Meristem tips were excised from terminal and axillary buds of young cocoa plants (2-4 weeks old) and cultured on media with 1 μM zeatin and various concentrations of NAA and GAs. The subculturing of shoots in liquid medium was beneficial for nodal elongation and shoot growth. Gamma ray irradiation at low doses (1-4 Gy) helped to reduce callus formation. The roots were induced on half-strength MS medium with 10 μM IBA, 0.1 μM IAA and with reduced sucrose content (15 000 mg l −1 )

TL;DR: In poplar clones with different resistance to the fungus Ceratocystis fimbriata growth of shoots, intensity of transpiration and the level of endogenous growth regulators were determined and the leaves of the more resistant clones contained more auxins and cytokinins and less growth inhibitors.
Abstract: In poplar clones with different resistance to the fungus Ceratocystis fimbriata growth of shoots, intensity of transpiration and the level of endogenous growth regulators were determined. More resistant clones, Populus 'Robusta' and P. 'PK-136-2' ( P. nigra 'Italica': x P. laurifolia ) had more intensive growth of shoots, higher water content in leaves and a lower intensity of transpiration than the more susceptible clone, - P. 'NE-42' ( P. maximowiczi x P. trichocarpa ). The leaves of the more resistant clones contained more auxins (IAA) and cytokinins, especially zeatin, and less growth inhibitors (ABA) than those of the susceptible one. The level of plant growth regulators and/or the relations betweeen them may be responsible for the different poplar resistance to C. fimbriata .
