TL;DR: In this article, the authors describe the work of ZIRCONIUM Alloy and METAL Alloy, which is defined as "the work of a zirconium in movable contact with another METAL" in the context of a WATERSOLUBLE POLYGLYCOL.
Abstract: 1. IN THE WORKING OF ZIRCONIUM OF A ZIRCONIUM ALLOY WHICH IS PREDOMINANTLY ZIRCONIUM IN MOVABLE CONTACT WITH ANOTHER METAL, THE IMPROVEMENT WHICH COMPRISES LUBRICATING THE CONTACTING SURFACES OF SAID ZIRCONIUM OR ALLOY AND METAL WITH LUBRICATING AMOUNTS OF A WATERSOLUBLE POLYGLYCOL HAVING A MOLECULAR WEIGHT OF AT LEAST ABOUT 400.

TL;DR: In this paper, the superconducting and calorimetric properties of all the alloys were measured, including the electronic specific heat, Debye temperature, and atomic specific heat.
Abstract: The superconducting and calorimetric (e.g., electronic specific heat, Debye temperature, and atomic specific heat) properties of Ti- Zr, Nb-Re, Cr--Re, Nb, Nb-Ru, Nb-Os, Nb- Ir, Nb- Rh, Nb- Pt, Nb- Pd, V- Ti, V, Mo- Re, Mo, Ti, Nb- Mo, and Ti- Mo alloys were measured. Measurements were also made of the antiferromagnetic transition temperatures in the Cr-Re alloys, and the magnetic susceptibilities of some of the alloys. (T.F.H.)
