Journal ArticleDOI

Near-IR absorbing phthalocyanines

TL;DR: In this article, Phthalocyanines with four or eight hexylthio-substituents on the periphery were prepared by cyclotramerization of 4-hexylthios-1,2-dicyanobenzene and 4,5-bis(hexylthsio)-1, 2-DICYBenzene.
Journal ArticleDOI

An investigation of the kinetics and thermodynamics of the adsorption of a cationic cobalt porphyrazine onto sepiolite

TL;DR: In this article, the adsorption of octakis(2-trimethylammoniumethylsulfanyl)-porphyrazinatocobalt]-octaiodide from aqueous solution onto negatively charged sepiolite is investigated.
Journal ArticleDOI

Preparation of heterogeneous phthalocyanine catalysts by cotton fabric dyeing

TL;DR: In this paper, metal-free and metallo-phthalocyanines (2a-d ) bearing four thioglycolic acid groups on the periphery were prepared by cyclotetramerization of a new precursor, namely 4-(carboxymethylsulfanyl)phthalonitrile (1 ) in the presence of the corresponding divalent metal salts (Zn(II), Co( II), Ni(II, Cu(II)).
Journal ArticleDOI

Photocatalytic degradation of 4-chlorophenol under visible light by using TiO2 catalysts impregnated with Co(II) and Zn(II) phthalocyanine derivatives

TL;DR: In this article, the photocatalytic activity of polycrystalline TiO2 samples impregnated with carboxy functionalized Co(II) or Zn(II)-phthalocyanine as heteregoneous photocatalyst has been investigated.
Journal ArticleDOI

Synthesis, electrochemical and spectroelectrochemical properties of novel phthalocyanine complexes of manganese, titanium and indium

TL;DR: In this article, the tetra peripheral 3,5-bis (trifluoromethyl)phenylethynyl substituted metallophthalocyanines (MPc) have been synthesized and their aggregative properties were investigated in different concentrations.
