A Novel Energy Optimization Approach for Electrical Vehicles in a Smart City
Flah Aymen,Chokri Mahmoudi +1 more
TL;DR: In this article, a new approach to power management inside an electric vehicle based on two-way communication between vehicles and buildings is proposed, where the optimal decision will be calculated inside the building, according to its position and using the old vehicle's data, and transferred to the coming vehicle, for optimizing its energy consumption method in the corresponding building zone.
Journal ArticleDOI
Power Quality Improvement in HRES Grid Connected System with FOPID Based Atom Search Optimization Technique
TL;DR: An intelligent control strategy is proposed in this paper which suggests the Optimum Power Quality Enhancement (OPQE) of grid-connected hybrid power systems with solar photovoltaic, wind turbines, and battery storage and found the proposed approach is efficient.
Journal ArticleDOI
A new wireless charging system for electric vehicles using two receiver coils
Naoui Mohamed,Flah Aymen,Mohammed Alqarni,Rania A. Turky,Basem Alamri,Ziad M. Ali,Ziad M. Ali,Shady H. E. Abdel Aleem +7 more
TL;DR: In the proposed system, receiver coils have been added to maximize charging power by offering a dynamic mathematical model that can describe and measure source-to-vehicle power transmission even though it is in motion.
Journal ArticleDOI
Efficient Power Management Strategy of Electric Vehicles Based Hybrid Renewable Energy
TL;DR: A straightforward power management algorithm that supervises the contribution of more than one energy source for charging a vehicle, even if the car is in motion is presented, which presents the significant contribution of this paper.
