Journal ArticleDOI
IgG4-related lung and pleural disease: a clinicopathologic study of 21 cases.
Yoh Zen,Dai Inoue,Azusa Kitao,Manabu Onodera,Hitoshi Abo,Shiro Miyayama,Toshifumi Gabata,Osamu Matsui,Yasuni Nakanuma +8 more
TL;DR: IgG4-related diseases show a greater variety of pulmonary and pleural lesions than previously thought, and it is important to know the morphologic variety and clinicopathologic characteristics of this disorder.
Journal ArticleDOI
Retroperitoneal fibrosis: a clinicopathologic study with respect to immunoglobulin G4.
Yoh Zen,Manabu Onodera,Dai Inoue,Azusa Kitao,Osamu Matsui,Takahiro Nohara,Mikio Namiki,Satomi Kasashima,Atsuhiro Kawashima,Yasushi Matsumoto,Kazuyoshi Katayanagi,Tetsuya Murata,Shin Ishizawa,Noriko Hosaka,Ken Kuriki,Yasuni Nakanuma +15 more
TL;DR: It is revealed that retroperitoneal fibrosis could be classified as IgG4-related or not, and this distinction seems important to help better characterize the biology/pathogenesis of both groups and better predict the possibility of other IgG 4-related processes at other anatomic sites.
Journal ArticleDOI
Fascin is involved in tumor necrosis factor-α-dependent production of MMP9 in cholangiocarcinoma
Manabu Onodera,Yoh Zen,Kenichi Harada,Yasunori Sato,Hiroko Ikeda,Keita Itatsu,Hiroshi Sato,Tetsuo Ohta,Masahiro Asaka,Yasuni Nakanuma +9 more
TL;DR: Overexpression of fascin may have an important function in the progression of CC, and fascin expression might be involved in the signaling pathway in TNF-α-dependent production of MMP9 in CC.
Journal ArticleDOI
Biliary deposition of Liesegang rings presenting as a polypoid mass in the liver: previously unrecognized lesion.
Manabu Onodera,Yasunori Sato,Hiroko Ikeda,Yoh Zen,Seisyo Sakai,Masao Syoji,Koya Sakamoto,Takashi Tani,Masahiro Asaka,Yasuni Nakanuma +9 more
TL;DR: This is a unique and previously unrecognized lesion involving the occurrence of LR deposition in the hepatobiliary tracts, which further formed a grossly visible mass resembling a hepatic tumor in a 70‐year‐old man.
Journal ArticleDOI
Endoscopic Nasobiliary Drainage Comparable with Endoscopic Biliary Stenting as a Preoperative Drainage Method for Malignant Hilar Biliary Obstruction: A Multicenter Retrospective Study
Ryo Sugiura,Masaki Kuwatani,Tsuyoshi Hayashi,Makoto Yoshida,Hideyuki Ihara,Hiroaki Yamato,Manabu Onodera,Akio Katanuma +7 more
TL;DR: ENBD as a means of PEBD for MHBO is comparable with CEBS and EBIS in rates of dysfunction and adverse events.
