From the superparticle Siegel symmetry to the spinning particle proper-time supersymmetry

TL;DR: The classical equivalence between the lagrangians of the N = 1, D = 10 massless superparticle and spinning particle was established in this article, by fixing the gauge of seven independent Siegel transformations, identifying the remaining Lorentz-covariant Siegel generator with that of n = 1 local proper-time supersymmetry of the spin 1 2 particle and redefining the superparticles fermionic degrees of freedom by means of a generalized twistor-like approach.
Journal ArticleDOI

Classical relativistic string as an exactly solvable sector of the SO(1, 1) × SO(2) gauge model

TL;DR: In this article, it was shown that the classical relativistic string in four-dimensional space-time is described by a closed exactly solvable sector of the SO(1, 1) × SO(2) two-dimensional gauge model.
Journal ArticleDOI

Interaction of null strings and null membranes with antisymmetric tensor fields

TL;DR: In this article, the interaction of null strings and null membranes with an arbitrary background T lm … n (x ) in (2 + 1) and (3 + 1), described by means of the Wess-Zumino-like actions is studied.
Journal ArticleDOI

The Kaluza-Klein mechanism and a superfield description of spinning particles interactions

TL;DR: A superfield generalization of the Kaluza-Klein ansatz is shown to be a universal method for the description of the well-known interactions of spinning particles in this paper, where a superfield formulation of the action of a supersymmetric particle with an anomalous magnetic moment interacting with a scalar potential and an external electromagnetic field is given.
