У роботі вивчено вплив свинцю як провідного виробничого фактора на формування професійного ризику для здоров’я електромонтерів кабельних мереж при професійній експозиції свинцем. Визначені ранні, доклінічні маркери порушення гомеостатичних функцій, зокрема імунної системи. Вивчені особливості формування ендотеліальної дисфункції, імунозапальної судинної реакції та структурні зміни внутрішніх органів при професійній експозиції свинцем. На підставі вивчення механізмів виникнення та формування токсемії за умов дії ксенобіотика, суттєво доповнені патогенетичні механізми формування інтоксикації свинцем. Розроблено та рекомендовано нові підходи щодо ранньої діагностики порушень гомеостатичних функцій організму працюючих, експонованих свинцем, які дозволяють визначати індивідуальний ступінь ризику розвитку мікросатурнізму та своєчасно проводити запропонований комплекс профілактичних лікувально-оздоровчих заходів, спрямованих на збереження здоров’я працівників. Based on the functioning of one Russian company the article offers measures for the most accurate allocation of costs for the production of a particular type of product.

Методологические основы и специфика учета затрат на российских предприятиях

Modern conditions constantly improve the construction quality requirements of construction products. One important tool to ensure product quality in such circumstances can serve as a well-built and well-organized system of supervision of design organizations, implemented at the construction site of the customer and characterized by a high volume of contacts with contractors. The essential difference between such service of supervision from the technical one, is the direct participation in the execution of design works and supervision over the compliance of decisions of the project to the actual construction, while technical supervision is implemented at the individual elements of the object, that to some extent, may reduce the effectiveness of the project changes. The article shows the possibility of optimizing the management of the implementation of supervision on the example of one of the engineering firms, locally performing such function in a significant removal of the construction site from their own base. According to the authors, the implementation of similar system of supervision not only allows to reduce the risks of downtime in construction site because of adjustment of design documentation, but also to reduce the overall period of construction, to reduce its cost and, simultaneously, to ensure the continuous communication of engineers with building production, to improve their professionalism, and responsibility for all decisions.

Современное обеспечение эффективного управления реализации авторского надзора в проектных организациях

Modern conditions for creating high-quality construction products are inseparably linked with the concept of monitoring. This is a broad concept, including various instruments and conditions for the implementation of the mechanism for monitoring the object of construction at various stages of its creation. Some deviations from the specified parameters were revealed, as well as the degree of diminution of the quality of construction products, based on the data of technical control, selective monitoring of the production of construction and installation works by the contractor and technical expertise of the working documentation by the author's supervision. The analysis of the results at certain stages of production carried out in this work, show that the construction products of production purpose, technical and technological and organizational factors are characterized by decrease in their quality. The most effective tools for preventing violations of the parameters of the working documentation by the contractor in the performance of work, defects and damage of structures during the construction and installation works in the Far North are the organization of the author's supervision on the construction sites, selective monitoring of the quality assessment of units or structural elements of the object on the separate stages. The authors show that timely effective management decisions in the issues of system maintenance of input and operational control, verification of normative acts and requirements of author's supervision while optimizing design decisions, observance of contractual discipline in execution of executive documentation, will create conditions for accumulating experience in monitoring the construction of facilities in difficult conditions and, in general, improve the quality of construction products.

Arctic is regarded now by many states as the strategic region considering the enormous stocks of hydrocarbon resources and increased impact of factors and conditions underlying the political and energy security of leading world countries. The industrial development of Arctic shelf assumes the intensive developments of hydrocarbon, biological and mineral raw materials resources, the considerable transfer of freights and, as the result, the development of service for gas and oil complex, transport and relative infrastructure.. The technological complexity of shelf projects development determines the necessity of creation and development of the infrastructure service as the necessary element of the oil and gas complex supplying. The service sector in one of the most knowledge-intensive elements in the structure. It creates conditions for increase added value at the exploration, development and production of hydrocarbon resources , promotes the growth of the personnel qualification, it reduces risks during projects implementation. This is the reason why the creation and development of infrastructure service when developing Arctic marine shelf becomes one of the most important elements in the strategic management of the oil and gas complexes.
