Temperature and frequency-dependent dielectric properties of Zn substituted Li-Mg ferrites

TL;DR: In this paper, the compositional variation of DC resistivity and dielectric constant show the inverse trend with each other, while the dielectral constant increases slowly with temperature in the beginning and then abruptly at about 473 K and above.
Journal ArticleDOI

Infrared spectral studies of Zn-substituted Li–Mg ferrites

TL;DR: The infrared spectra of Zn-substituted Li-Mg ferrites, having the general formula LixMg0.4Zn0.6−2xFe2+xO4 (where x=0, 0.05,0.15, 0.,20, 0,25 and 0.3), have been analyzed in the frequency range 200-800 cm−1.
Journal ArticleDOI

Dielectric properties of Cu substituted Ni0.5−xZn0.3Mg0.2Fe2O4 ferrites

TL;DR: In this paper, the properties of Cu substituted Ni-Zn-Mg ferrite samples having the general formula Ni 0.5− x Cu x Zn 0.3 Mg 0.2 Fe 2 O 4 (where x ǫ = 0.
Journal ArticleDOI

Electrical resistivity and thermoelectric power studies on Zn-substituted Li–Mg ferrites

TL;DR: In this paper, electrical resistivity and thermoelectric power measurements of Zn-substituted Li-Mg ferrites having the general formula Li x Mg 0.4 Zn 0.6−2 x Fe 2+ x 0 4 were carried out from room temperature to 600°C.
Journal ArticleDOI

Cadmium substituted high permeability lithium ferrite

TL;DR: In this paper, the lattice parameter of polycrystalline Li0.5-x/2CdxFe2 ferrites was found to increase monotonically with the cadmium content.
