Journal ArticleDOI
A new definition of fractional derivative
TL;DR: A new definition of fractional derivative and fractional integral is given and it is shown that it is the most natural definition, and the most fruitful one.
Journal ArticleDOI
Interpolated Young and Heinz inequalities
TL;DR: In this article, the authors interpolate Young's inequality for numbers and matrices, when equipped with the Hilbert-Schmidt norm, and present the corresponding interpolations of recent refinements in the literature.
Journal ArticleDOI
Uniquely remotal sets in banach spaces
TL;DR: In this article, it was shown that the farthest point mapping is not continuous even if the set is remotal, rather than being uniquely remotal and that a compact set admitting a unique farthest points to its center is a singleton.

On the farthest point problem in Banach spaces
TL;DR: In this article, it was shown that every subset of a bounded subset of the sequence space is a singleton, and that every such subset is a singularity if and only if it admits a unique farthest point in the sequence.
