In response to the emerging and ever solution to the COVID-19 outbreak. This study proposes a theoretical framework based on literature and model to determined E-learning portal success. The study compared males and females to E-learning portal usage. The study objective is to check the difference between male and female E-learning portals' accessibility among the students' perspective. The study included service quality, system quality, information quality, user satisfaction, system use, and E-learning portal success. The empirical data of 280 students participated from the different universities of Malaysia through google surveys analyzed using the Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modelling. The study further divided the full model into two domains, which are female and male. In the male model, information quality and system quality have direct relationships with user satisfaction. Information quality also supported the relationship with system use. At the same time, there is a positive relationship between user satisfaction and E-learning portals. Likewise, in the female model, E-service quality and Information quality both are supported by system use and user satisfaction. Similarly, system quality has a positive relationship with user satisfaction, and user satisfaction has a positive relationship with E-learning portals. The study will be further helpful for the Malaysian universities policy-makers such as top management, ministry of higher education, Malaysian universities union in designing the policies and programs on E-learning Portal Success in the country. The findings of the study reveal that males and females have a different level of in terms of usage of towards E-learning portals in Malaysian Universities.

Effects of COVID-19 in E-learning on higher education institution students: the group comparison between male and female.

This study aims to identify and analyze the Influence of Education and Training on Employee Performance at PT. PLN Unit Development Master II in Medan. The sampling technique used census to select the sample size.The population in this study was 120 employees of PT. PLN Unit Development Master II. The methods used in this research were descriptive analysis method and multiple linear regression analysis method. Results showed that variables of education and training have a significant influence on employee performance.

The Empiricaleffect of Education and Training to the Performance of Employees

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the urgency of implementing Balanced Scorecard System (BSC), which consists of financial perspective, customer perspective, internal process perspective and growth and ideal learning perspective towards the Apparatus Service Quality in North Sumatra. This study was conducted by surveying and field identification directly on some of the District Municipality in North Sumatra. The variable used was BSC perspective usually used to evaluate the performance of the financial perspective, customer perspective, business process perspective, and learning and growth perspective. The findings showed that the Implementation of Balanced Scorecard (BSC) System affected the Apparatus Service Quality in North Sumatra.

The Urgency of Implementing Balanced Csorecard System on Local Governebt in North Sumatra-Indonesia

The technological transformation has directly affected the functional areas of companies. This circumstance has been a challenge for corporate accounting, since the emerging technology allows handling a large volume of data, and providing valuable information for operational management, managerial control, and strategic planning. The aim of this study is to analyze current and future lines of research globally, during the period 1961–2019, on emerging technologies in corporate accounting. For this, bibliometric techniques were applied to 1126 articles on this subject to obtain findings on scientific production and the main subject areas. Scientific production has increased annually, so that in the last decade de 60.66% of all articles have been published. The main subject areas in which more articles were linked were business, management and accounting, social sciences, and economics, econometrics, and finance. Six lines of research have been identified that generate contributions on this topic. Furthermore, the analysis of the relevance of the keywords has detected the main future directions of research. The increasing worldwide trend of scientific production shows interest in developing aspects of this field of study. This study contributes to the academic, scientific, and professional discussion to improve decision-making based on the available information.

Research Analysis on Emerging Technologies in Corporate Accounting

This study aims to collect the required information to construct a conceptual model to measure e-learning information system success in higher education setting. The methodology used in this study is literature study which was done by comparing six articles from international journals across the globe. Other articles as well as books were also used to support the findings in this study. Further in-depth study and comparisons was made to find suitable variables to evaluate e-learning system success. The conclusion of this study is a conceptual model which implements user satisfaction as mediating variable of the relationship of elearning service quality and system quality on students' individual performance as a measure of e-learning system success. Furthermore, this conceptual model can be an essential reference to be implemented in further related research.
