A frame body comprises a first face portion on which a compressive force acts in case a load is applied, a second face portion on which a tensional force acts, and third and fourth face portions which connect the first and second face portions. The third and fourth face portions are respectively equipped with a reinforcing member which comprises a base portion which is away from the frame body and plural base portions which project from the base portion and are joined to the frame body. The convex portions have plural convexities which are arranged so as to extend both in the longitudinal and sectional directions of a frame.

An air cleaner 50 thus forms a ventilation resistance, and prevents in advance occurrence of a problem that the volume of air passing through the intercooler 30 is reduced. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydroformed product for improving the quality of a forming having an external section gradually and variously changing its outer diameter. SOLUTION: The hydroformed part is obtained by a method that a tube stock 18, which is roughly conical shape obtained by rolling a steel plate member 18a of roughly trapezoidal shape to trace an external shape change of a product, is subjected to hydroforming. Thus, in the case of the product 14 to have the external section changing gradually and variously its external diameter, the high quality product 14 with a tube expanding rate falling in a restricted range is obtained. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the cost, weight and manufacturing facilities by forming a frame member by disposing and bonding a tubular reinforce inside an outer reinforce with respect to a vehicle body, disposing the outer reinforce inside an outer panel with respect to the vehicle body and welding flanges together. SOLUTION: A center pillar 10 is constituted by an outer panel 2, a first outer reinforce 4 and a tubular reinforce 11. The tubular reinforce 11 is mounted inside the outer reinforce 4 with respect to a vehicle body, and both side portions 4a of an open end of the outer reinforce 4 are welded to both sides 11a of the tubular reinforce 11 by arc welding 12. The outer reinforce 4 of a reinforce assembly 13 is disposed inside the outer panel 2 with respect to the vehicle body, and a flange 4b of the outer reinforce 4 and a flange 2a of the outer panel 2 are welded together, thereby forming the center pillar 10. Thus, reduction in cost, weight and manufacturing facilities can be achieved.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydroformed part capable of improving quality of a product having a small diameter part. SOLUTION: In the hydroformed part among products 14 having a small diameter part 15b smaller than other sections, by forming a section 16 recessed inward to part of a peripheral wall of the small diameter part 15b so that a peripheral length of the small diameter part 15b is roughly the same as a peripheral length of other sections, even for a product 14 having the small diameter part 15b, the product 14 of high quality accommodating a tube expansion rate in a restricted range is obtained.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new air blowing unit that differs from a conventional one, and to enhance the shock absorption capacity of the air blowing unit. SOLUTION: One thin section 15 in thin sections 15 located at nearly a symmetrical position while sandwiching a reference direction that passes a rotary shaft 12a of a motor 12 and orthogonally crosses the axial direction of the rotary shaft is thinned so that the other end in the axial direction of the rotary shaft is cut, while the other thin section 15 is thinned so that one end in the axial direction of the rotary shaft is cut. As a result, when an external force (collision force) acts on a motor stay 13 toward a direction nearly parallel with the axial direction of the rotary shaft of the motor 12, namely from the front side of a vehicle, the motor stay 13 is deformed so that the motor 12 is rotated around an axial direction vertical to a paper surface. Therefore, even if the motor 12 is not deformed by a collision, a large crushable zone can be secured by rotating the motor 12 around a reference direction L as compared with a case that the motor 12 is displaced simply in the direction of the external force without rotation.
