The invention provides a method for measuring contents of Fe, Al, Ca, Mg, Pb, Cu, Zn and P in manganese ore, which comprises the steps of: adding hydrochloric acid, nitric acid, hydrofluoric acid and perchloric acid into the sample; heating and dissolving the sample; then, adding sodium nitrite for reducing; adding diluted hydrochloric acid and boiling; adding water for diluting the solution; and finally, obtaining a sample liquid to be measured. The conventional inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry is used for measuring the spectral line intensity of the sample liquid to be measured, and the corresponding content values of Fe, Al, Ca, Mg, Pb, Cu, Zn and P can be obtained in the standard working curve of Fe, Al, Ca, Mg, Pb, Cu, Zn and P according to the spectral line intensity. The method not only is simple in operation, but also is high in accuracy rate on contents of Fe, Al, Ca, Mg, Pb, Cu, Zn and P; and the measurement result is good in stability, repeatability and accuracy, thus completely meeting the demand of measuring the contents of Fe, Al, Ca, Mg, Pb, Cu, Zn and P in manganese ore in the daily life.

[PROBLEMS] To provide a method for desulfurization with a desulfurizing agent, which can efficiently desulfurize, for example, a hydrocarbon oil as a raw material and fuel for generating hydrogen for use in fuel cells, particularly kerosenes and light oils, without the need to use reduction treatment and hydrogen and at a temperature from room temperature to about 100˚C, and a fuel cell system using the desulfurization method. The invention discloses a method for determining rare earth elements in oil by utilizing an ICP-MS (Inductively Coupled Plasma Mass Spectrometry). The method comprises the steps of mixing an oil sample with mixed acid 1 to obtain a sample 1, and placing the sample 1 into water bath ultrasound; placing the sample 1 into a microwave digestion tank I, placing the mixed acid 1 as a blank sample 1 into a digestion tank II, and placing the digestion tank I and the digestion tank II into a microwave dissolver for microwave digestion; enabling the sample 1 and the blank sample 1 to respectively pass through a cation exchange column 1 and a cation exchange column 2 at the flow velocity of 0.5 mL/min, leaching the cation exchange column 1 by using mixed acid 2 obtained by mixing H2SO4 with the concentration of 0.1 mol/L and HCl with the concentration of 0.05 mol/L according to the mass ratio of 3:1 to obtain a sample 3, and leaching the cation exchange column 2 by using the mixed acid 2 to obtain a blank sample 2, wherein the mass ratio of the mixed acid 2 to the oil sample is 3:1; concentrating the sample 3 and the blank sample 2; and determining contents of rare earth elements in the sample 3 by using the ICP-MS and the blank sample 2. The method disclosed by the invention is easy and economical, wide in application range, and accurate and reliable in detection results.

SOLUTION: In the analyzing method of the sulfur compound, xenon gas is supplied as a collision gas in an amount of 0.05 mL/min or larger, when the sulfur compound contained in hydrocarbon is qualitatively analyzed and analyzed quantitatively by a gas chromatograph-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer. Here, when the sulfur compound is benzothiophene and for a sulfur compound of which the molecular weight is larger than that of benzothiophene, it is preferable that the xenon gas be supplied as the collision gas in an amount of 0.10 mL/min or larger.
