TL;DR: In this paper, a production energy management system is proposed to link the energy of a process or device with information on production to compute and manage the amount of emitted CO 2 for each product and for each lot.
Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To link the energy of a process or device (information on the amount of emitted CO 2 ) with information on production (the number of pieces, operational status, quality) to compute and manage the amount of emitted CO 2 for each product and for each lot; and to manage and analyze the amount of emitted CO 2 in each process through which products or lots pass to reduce the amounts of CO 2 emission for each product and for each lot. SOLUTION: A production energy management system includes: a production management system which manages production information on products; and an energy management system which manages energy information related to the production of the products and information on the operational status of production facilities. The production energy management system executes various energy analyses related to the production on the basis of the production information of the production management system, the energy information of the energy management system, and information on the operational status of the production facilities. TL;DR: In this paper, a production energy monitoring control system is provided in which a plurality of energy management systems constructed for each facility such as a building-utility facility and the production facility are connected to a common management center via a network for centralized management.
Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To receive energy information and production information of a production facility, and perform automatic drill-down analysis for CO 2 emission in a factory, a production plant or the like, thereby remarkably reducing man hours to manage CO 2 emission of a congested production facility SOLUTION: The production energy monitoring control system is provided in which a plurality of energy management systems constructed for each facility such as a building-utility facility and the production facility are connected to a common management center via a network for centralized management The management center includes a production CO 2 management system for collecting data such as the energy information, environmental information and operation information from the building-utility facility and the production facility, and for carrying out automatic drill-down analysis for CO 2 management based on the collected data COPYRIGHT: (C)2010,JPO&INPIT
