TL;DR: There are significant relationships between many adolescent risk behaviours, even when the influence of other risk behaviours is taken into account, and the probability of adverse sequelae ofrisk behaviours, such as exposure to danger in getting home at night and sexual intercourse, is increased by the presence of selected other risk behaviors.

TL;DR: The consistency of the findings across studies highlights the increased risk for contracting HIV among methamphetamine users, and reinforces the importance of interventions addressing both methamphetamine use and unsafe sexual behaviour among young people and other sectors of the population.
