TL;DR: In this paper, the authors link the well-established concept of joint spectrum with the interesting and practical periodic eigenvalue problems (PEVPs), and apply a Bauer-Fike perturbation theory, incorporating a Clifford algebra technique, for joint spectrum is applied to PEVPs.
