Some Exact Wave Solutions in Terms of the Weierstrass Functions for Nonlinear Hyperbolic Equations

Abstract: When the long wave propagation problem in the 1-D wave guide of various physical nature is considered, the following nonlinear hyperbolic equation (NHE) $$ {u_{tt}} - {u_{xx}} = {\left( {{P_k}(u) + a{u_{tt}} - b{u_{xx}}} \right)_{xx}} + {\left( {e{u^2} + fu} \right)_{xt}} + g{u_{txx}}, $$ (1)
