Usually, people are not conscious of the several treatments or manifestations of a particular illness. They usually have to go to the hospital for minor health problems, which needs an extra amount of time. Also, answering phone calls for complaints is quite hectic. However, this matter can be fixed by utilizing a medical Chatbot called MedBot, which can give proper advice on leading a healthy lifestyle. The basic idea is to construct a healthcare chatbot (MedBot) based on Artificial Intelligence and Natural Language Processing, which can identify the illness and provide necessary information about it prior to consulting or visiting a doctor, thereby making the MedBot more reachable and reducing healthcare costs. Some of these chatbots act as virtual medical assistants, teaching patients regarding their sickness and motivating them to have better health. A text-to-text medical Chatbot involves users in an online conversation about their medical issues and offers a range of personalized diagnoses depending on the symptoms that have been presented. The MedBot interacts with potential patients who come to the application.[6]

AI Enabled NLP based Text to Text Medical Chatbot

The AI Chatbots is becoming very popular these days. Many companies and organizations implement chatbots on their server and websites nowadays. These chatbots are very useful in improving their business. Whatever organization the chatbot is a part of, gets better user experience for the customers and the organization itself as well. The customers who initially could get stuck on a query, might have to make enquiries physically or e-mailing. Instead Chatbot can answer their query within seconds. CRCE bot is also like one of these above stated bots. It is a chatbot made for our Institute website. Students, teachers as well as student’s parents can highly benefit from this system. The users can easily navigate through the website using the bot with simple queries like the existing system discussed later. Additionally, this bot has the capability to answer the asked queries too. For example, you can ask ‘What was the cut-off for this year for admission in a certain field or department’ and the bot will answer you the exact cutoff you asked in a natural language instead of just redirecting us to the cutoffs list page. This system proves very useful for all the students, teachers and all other people associated with the college.

Designing an Interactive Chatbot for Educational Assistance using Rasa Framework

In the current day and age, systems that aid in carrying out tasks traditionally performed by human assistants are becoming more popular as human operators need more time for executing queries such as booking a ticket, purchasing items, or obtaining services. A single request may comprise many inquiries for information available on the Internet. Since business performance places a premium on time efficiency, an alternate method of accepting requests must be considered. Chatbot provides support 7 days a week, round-the-clock, and is not constrained by limited working hours. We studied various papers which approached this topic and presented their approach on creating a chatbot. Majority of the studies indicated that a retrieval-based chatbot is the best way to classify the user's context in a discussion using Utilizing Natural Language Processing (NLP) to assess the query and get some relevant keywords. Intent recognition, name entity recognition (NER) tagging, and information retrieval are essential processes in NLP. part of speech (POS) tagging helps to parse the interpretation of chat text. The rule base is intended to gather all keywords based on conversation content and is language-specific. The terms used in the booking dialogue include the date, time, city, scheduling, rescheduling, or cancellation of an appointment. In this paper, we have presented a review of the current systems, their advantages, and drawbacks.

Virtual Assistant for Appointment Booking

A Chatbot is a software application that replaces a live human agent to conduct a conversation via text or text to speech. It is designed to behave like a human would behave in that conversation. In this system, we demonstrate a chatbot that uses Artificial Intelligence to produce dynamic responses to online client enquiries. This web-based platform provides a vast intelligent base that can help humans to solve problems. The chatbot recognises the user's context, which prompts an intended response. Because this is a dynamic response, the user's desired response will be generated. This also uses a machine-learning algorithm to learn the chatbot by experiencing various requests and responses. Chatbots come to use in numerous fields of our daily life. Because AI enhances the human touch in every communication, chatbots are becoming increasingly robust.. It triggers accurate responses after understanding a user's query. Its objective is to reduce human dependency in every organisation and reduce the need for different systems for different processes.
