Denosumab for management of severe hypercalcemia in primary hyperparathyroidism.
Anna Eremkina,Julia Krupinova,Ekaterina Dobreva,Anna K. Gorbacheva,Ekaterina Bibik,Margarita Samsonova,Alina Ajnetdinova,Natalya Mokrysheva +7 more
TL;DR: The study shows that denosumab is a useful tool in PHPT-associated hypercalcemia before surgery or if surgery is contraindicated, and a significant increase in calcium levels is confirmed.
Journal ArticleDOI
Serum circulating miRNA-342-3p as a potential diagnostic biomarker in parathyroid carcinomas: A pilot study.
Julia Krupinova,Natalya Mokrysheva,Vasiliy Petrov,Ekaterina Pigarova,Anna Eremkina,Ekaterina Dobreva,Alina Ajnetdinova,Galina Melnichenko,Anatoly Tiulpakov +8 more
TL;DR: To compare the serum miRNA expression profiles between patients with benign and malignant parathyroid tumours, serum mi RNA expression profiles are compared to establish a baseline level of miRNA recognition and establish an apples-to- apples comparison.
Journal ArticleDOI
A retrospective study of the clinical and laboratory predictors and morphological characteristics of the parathyroid carcinoma
Julia Krupinova,Iya Voronkova,Alina Ajnetdinova,Aleksandr Yu. Abrosimov,Irina V. Kryukova,Stanislav V. Lukyanov,Julia S. Veretennikova,Larisa K. Tevosyan,Galina Melnichenko,Natalia Mokrysheva +9 more
TL;DR: The patients with PC and AA are characterized with more aggressive course of PHPT compared to the group of adenomas, and Pathological mitosis is a prognostically unfavorable factor of recurrence of PC.
Journal ArticleDOI
Influence of deficiency or insufficiency of vitamin D on the circadian rhythm of serum calcium level
TL;DR: This study demonstrated the improvement of daily serum calcium profile after vitamin D supplementation with the increased number of reference calcium values, decreased variability of serum calcium levels during the day and decreased frequency of hypocalcemia.
Journal ArticleDOI
IDF21-0416 Mortality risk factors due to COVID-19 in diabetic patients according to the nationwide diabetes register analysis
Marina Vladimirovna Shestakova,Olga K. Vikulova,Alina Ajnetdinova,II Dedov,Natalia Mokrysheva +4 more
TL;DR: In this paper , the authors analyzed the level and factors of mortality in patients with DM and COVID-19 and found that the risk of mortality was assessed in the odds ratio (OR), with an increased risk at OR > 1, 95%CI.
