Aurel Mihail Țîțu,Andrei Victor Sandu,Alina Bianca Pop,Ștefan Țîțu,Dragos Nicolae Frățilă,Costel Ceocea,Alexandru Boroiu +6 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a regression equation of the surface roughness was obtained from a standard end-milling process on aluminum alloy 7136 in temper T76511, through two statistical methods of data analysis.
Journal ArticleDOI
Contribution on Taguchi's Method Application on the Surface Roughness Analysis in End Milling Process on 7136 Aluminium Alloy
TL;DR: In this paper, the impact of the machining parameters on surface roughness of 7136 aluminium alloy in end milling process was investigated using the Taguchi's method, and the recommended configuration regarding the optimum values of each machining parameter and the interactions between them was determined in order to obtain the better cutting process performance and to reduce the roughness sensitivity to uncontrollable factors.
Journal ArticleDOI
Regarding to the Variance Analysis of Regression Equation of the Surface Roughness obtained by End Milling process of 7136 Aluminium Alloy
TL;DR: In this paper, a study was made, based on the mathematical modelling of the average of the absolute value deviation (Ra) resulting from the end milling process on 7136 aluminium alloy, depending on cutting process parameters.
Journal ArticleDOI
Applying Experimental Research Management to a Technological Process using Taguchi's Method
TL;DR: In this paper, an experimental research management applied to a technological process whose final purpose was to determine an equation of the surface roughness depending on the process parameters, obtained by the Al7136 end milling process.
Journal ArticleDOI
Experimental research regarding the study of surface quality of aluminum alloys processed through milling
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors present the necessary steps to conduct a design of experiment with application on the aluminum alloy surface quality obtained by end-milling process, and determine the percentage of the parameters influence involved in the process.
