Forecasting number of ISO 14001 certifications of selected countries: application of even GM (1,1), DGM, and NDGM models

TL;DR: This study aims to forecast the ISO 14001 certifications for 10 years for China, India, the USA, Italy, Japan, and Germany, the top six certified countries, through advanced mathematical modeling, namely grey models, even GM, and non-homogenous discrete grey model (NDGM).

Ordinal Priority Approach (OPA) in Multiple Attribute Decision-Making

TL;DR: A new method called Ordinal Priority Approach (OPA) in Multiple Attribute Decision-Making (MADM) is presented, which does not make use of pairwise comparison matrix, decision-making matrix, normalization methods, averaging methods for aggregating the opinions of experts and linguistic variables.
Journal ArticleDOI

Patients' satisfaction and public and private sectors' health care service quality in Pakistan: Application of grey decision analysis approaches.

TL;DR: Grey relational analysis models revealed that reliability and responsiveness are most strongly predicting patient satisfaction in public and private health care sectors, respectively, and the Hurwicz criteria showed that patients are more likely to be satisfied fromprivate health care facilities.

A multi-stage multi-criteria hierarchical decision-making approach for sustainable supplier selection

TL;DR: This study proposes a new multi-stage hierarchical fuzzy index-based approach with which decision-makers are empowered to select the most sustainable supplier based on sustainability triple bottom line criteria by collecting the most relevant criteria and a straightforward fuzzy process.

Sustainable Supplier Selection in Megaprojects: Grey Ordinal Priority Approach

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors presented a conceptual model for selecting the best supplier based on a sustainability framework in megaprojects and employed the Grey systems theory (GST) to consider multiple ranks for criteria and alternatives in the OPA method.
