Representaciones sociales de la atención prestada a los pacientes seropositivos al VIH

Trata-se de pesquisa qualitativa cujos objetivos foram identificar e comparar as representacoes sociais do cuidado de enfermagem ao paciente soropositivo ao HIV para profissionais de enfermagem. O cenario foi um hospital publico universitario da cidade do Rio de Janeiro e os sujeitos 20 auxiliares de enfermagem e 20 enfermeiros. A coleta de dados deu-se atraves de entrevista semi-estruturada e a analise utilizou o software ALCESTE 4.7. Entre os auxiliares de enfermagem foram caracterizados conteudos do cotidiano do cuidado de enfermagem prestado ao paciente com HIV/AIDS, enquanto os enfermeiros trouxeram conteudos voltados a qualidade de vida. Concluiu-se que a representacao social dos auxiliares de enfermagem encontra-se ancorada em elementos praticos do cotidiano do cuidado, enquanto os enfermeiros ancoram-se no conhecimento reificado.

A reflexao-na-acao significa pensar o que se faz enquanto se esta fazendo. O presente trabalho analisa esta atividade por parte do profissional de enfermagem tendo em vista o momento de cuidar, que constitui o encontro entre ser que cuida e ser que e cuidado. E sugerido que a pratica reflexiva seja estimulada durante o processo de formacao e para tal, docentes devem estar preparados. A pratica reflexiva apresenta vantagens tais como: atualizacao, renovacao, geracao de conhecimentos, entre outras.

Momento de cuidar: momento de reflexão na ação

The purpose of this study was to identify the conceptions and practice of health promotion of the multidisciplinary team at a Specialized HIV/aids Care Service (SCS). This qualitative study was developed in Fortaleza-Ceara, involving eight health professionals, who provided information on the health promotion concept and practice at the SCS and the obstacles they faced for its implementation. Data collection was conducted through interviews using taped semi-structured form and guiding questions. The contents of the interviews were transcribed and analyzed according to the methodology of the collective subject discourse. The disconnection between the theoretical and practical aspects of health promotion, justified by the birth of multidisciplinarity in the work process, and also by the deficient infrastructure and human resources at the SCS was reported. In conclusion, to achieve better results, the multiprofessional team members should reflect on their practice, working towards the structural and organizational reorientation of the service, with a view to prioritizing comprehensive care practices for HIV patients, in order to mantain good quality care in this service mode.

Uruguay cuenta hoy con una ley de ejercicio profesional, la cual ha sido un esfuerzo del colectivo profesional que hoy es una realidad expresada en la Ley 18.815. En la actualidad se esta recorriendo un camino con el fin de reglamentar dicha legislacion y se torna de relevancia reflexionar algunos aspectos que tienen que ver con el rol profesional, el cual se distingue en gran medida por la gestion del cuidado. El objetivo de este articulo es abordar algunos aspectos claves que permitan iluminar el proceso de reglamentacion de la ley en el pais, presentando algunas consideraciones sobre los desafios que supone para el colectivo este proceso para empoderar el cuidado, la gestion del mismo y el rol profesional. El profesional de enfermeria tiene muchas fortalezas que pueden ser abordadas como oportunidad unica en el momento de reglamentacion de la ley. El acrecentar las habilidades en la gestion de cuidados encuentra hoy un terreno especial que ofrece oportunidades para que las necesidades de las personas sean satisfechas con humanidad, calidad y seguridad, acordes al nuevo modelo de atencion en la salud, fortaleciendo la interaccion enfermera/paciente. Ante los escenarios poco favorecedores para el desarrollo del rol profesional de Enfermeria, la reglamentacion de la ley de ejercicio en el pais ofrece hoy una posibilidad para fortalecer la autonomia y el desarrollo profesional. El campo de dominio disciplinar debe impregnar las reglamentaciones de una ley de ejercicio profesional, integrando nuevos estilos de pensamiento, que se fundamenten en las interacciones humanas e interdisciplinares.

La gestión del cuidado en la legislación profesional: algunas consideraciones para su regulación

Trata-se de um estudo reflexivo, que teve com objetivo realizar discussoes acerca da formacao do enfermeiro para o cuidado em uma perspectiva de mudanca da pratica profissional. As diretrizes curriculares para a profissao baseadas na Lei de Diretrizes e Bases da Educacao Nacional (LDB) tem como objetivo formar enfermeiros capazes de transformar a realidade pratica da enfermagem brasileira. No entanto, percebemos que somente a implementacao de tais diretrizes nao possibilita a formacao de profissionais criticos, reflexivos e transformadores da realidade.

Formação do enfermeiro para o cuidado: reflexões da prática profissional

It is a reflective study that aimed at discussing the education of the nurse concerning the care in a perspective of change of the professional practice. The curricular guidelines for the profession are based Guidelines and Basis for National Edcucation which have aims to educate capable nurses to transform the practical reality of the Brazilian nursing. However, we realize that only the implementation of such guidelines does not make possible the education of critical, reflexive and transforming professionals regarding the real world.

[Education of the nurse for caring: reflections of professional practice].

Objective: To describe the perception of Nursing students about the teaching-learning process of clinical periods and delivery mechanisms. Method: Descriptive research with a qualitative approach carried out with 12 nursing students recruited using the snowboll technique from March to June 2020 via Skype® using a semi-structured interview. Data were organized into three categories and thematic categorical analysis was performed. Results: Three thematic categories were evidenced: Category 1- The teaching-learning process about clinical periods and childbirth mechanisms in nursing graduation; Category 2- Facilities and difficulties in the teaching-learning process about clinical periods and delivery mechanisms in nursing graduation; Category 3: Needs to be discussed in the teaching-learning process about clinical periods and childbirth mechanisms in nursing graduation. The findings showed that the students recognized their own difficulties related to commitment, organization and co-responsibility in developing studies on the subject. They pointed out as the main limitation the disarticulation between theory and practice and as a potentiality the use of active methodologies. They emphasized the need for theoretical-practical articulation and expansion of subjects on the subject, changes in resources and pedagogical strategies, with a view to favoring meaningful learning and contributing to the provision of obstetric care. Final considerations: It is concluded that the teaching- learning process on clinical periods and delivery mechanisms reveals weaknesses related to the didactic approach and difficulties in assimilating the contents, theoretical-practical dissociation, difficulties in organizing the study routine by the students.

Nursing students' perception about teaching and learning of clinical periods and birth mechanisms

Objective: The objective was to discuss, in the light of Complex Thinking, the possibilities of university extension in the training of nurses. Method: This is a reflective theoretical study based on the complex thinking proposed by Edgar Morin in conjunction with the five guidelines of university extension. In order to articulate the concept proposed by the author to the subject under study, non-systematic electronic searches were carried out on the subject, carrying out a critical reading of his works and those of other scholars. Results: The discussions used Edgar Morin's complex thinking framework and the five university extension guidelines: Dialogical Interaction; Interdisciplinarity and Interprofessionality; Inseparability Teaching-Research-Extension; Impacts on Student Training and Impact and Social Transformation in Nursing Higher Education. Contributions and possibilities of extension practices were evidenced for the training of nurses aimed at the development of complex, critical, reflective, human and citizen thinking. Final considerations: It is concluded that (re)thinking the pedagogical and curricular practices of extension in Nursing education in conjunction with complex thinking is essential for an emancipatory and transdisciplinary praxis.
