A noise component of a video signal is reduced by using a three dimensional discrete cosign transform (3-D DCT) to determine the time frequency spectrum of both the video signal and the noise component, subtracting the time frequency spectrum of the noise component from the time frequency spectrum of the video signal, and converting the time frequency spectrum of the modified video signal back to the spatial time domain by using an inverse 3-D DCT.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To curve wire harness smoothly while preventing from being bent when a link is turned. SOLUTION: In the structure for wiring wire harness 2 along a link from a partner member by linking the end portion 6 of the link 1 rotatably to the partner member 3 at the shaft portion 5, guide portions 7, 31, 32, 43 and 61 are provided on the end portion 6 side of the link 1, sliders 8, 33, 34, 40 and 63 are made to engage with the guide portions slidably so that the wire harness 2 is supported by the slider. Substrates 4, 30, 42 and 61 are fixed to the end portion 6 of the link 1, and the substrate is provided with a guide portion. The guide portion 7 is arranged arcuately and concentrically to the shaft portion 5. A pair of guide portions 31 and 32 are arranged straight on the opposite sides of the shaft portion 5. The guide portion 43 is arranged straight to pass the center of the shaft portion 5. Structure for wiring wire harness to link

PURPOSE:To make a little lot of materials producible by dividing a tundish into plural chambers, making molten steel shiftable, adding and stirring alloy components in each chamber and executing continuous casting from each chamber. CONSTITUTION:The molten steel is poured into a pouring chamber 2 from a ladle 1 and flowed into component adjusting chambers 3 from flowing inlets 5. The flowed molten steel is stirred by blowing Ar gas from a porous plug 6 and at the same time, ferro-alloys are continuously added from chutes 9 to adjust the components. In the molten steel adjusting the components in the component adjusting chambers 3, a part is poured into a mold 8 through a nozzle 7 and the remained part is flowed into component adjusting chambers 4 from the flowing inlets 5. This molten steel is adjusted to the components as the same way and poured into the mold 8. As the components are continuously adjusted in the divided tundishes 3, 4 and casting is executed, the multi-steel kinds and a little lot of steel materials can be easily produced.

PURPOSE:To highly efficiently compress picture data by supplying a read signal line to the prescribed terminal of the memory of a memory device according to the read sequence of a moving image signal. CONSTITUTION:In a memory read control circuit 13, by the signal of a decision result sent from a deciding circuit 20 of the picture content change between screens, to which part of continuous screens in an N number on a time base the signal of the decision result corresponds is checked. Further, read control signals are supplied to prescribed terminals 3 to 10 in the memories of the memory device in the N number through a line 22 according to the pattern of the read sequence of the moving image signal from the memories of the memory device in the N number fixed beforehand corresponding to the part. Thus, the deterioration of a picture quality is reduced, the discontinuous motion is not generated in the moving image, and the picture data can be highly efficiently compressed.
