SOLUTION: After forming an anodic oxidized coat on the surface of an aluminum elemental wire by treating anodic oxidation coating on aluminum wire 1 in an electrolytic liquid 32, the elemental wire is subjected to a pore-sealing treatment by putting in boiling water such as in a steam tank 4 or in a vapor pressure container, then, a heat treatment is carried out. Manufacturing method of aluminum oxide coated insulated aluminum electric wire

PURPOSE:To enable outputting a desired signal without adjusting regardless of the amplitude or S/N ratio difference of an analog input signal. CONSTITUTION:Provided are a maximum voltage keeping means 7 for sampling & holding the maximum voltage of the analog input signals after the start of operation, and a minimum voltage keeping means 8 for sampling & holding the minimum voltage of the analog input signals after the start of operation. Also provided are a standard voltage generation means 11a and 11b to generate an arbitrary signal level between the maximum voltage and the minimum voltage as a standard voltage for comparison, and a comparison means 1 to compare the standard voltage with the analog input signal and output it as a logic signal. The arbitrary voltage between the maximum voltage and the minimum voltage is set as the standard voltage for comparison.

PURPOSE:To improve the heat resistance of an oxide film formed on the surface of an Al or Al alloy body to be treated by treating the body to seal the pores in the oxide film and by heating it to a specified temp. CONSTITUTION:An oxide film is formed on the surface of an Al or Al alloy body to be treated by anodic oxidation. The body is treated in a pore sealing soln. such as an aqueous soln. of sodium dichromate or deionized boiling water to seal the pores in the oxide film, and it is immediately heated to 140-200 deg.C, especially 170-190 deg.C and held at the temp. for 30-60min, especially 40-50min.
