Design study of a thin superconducting solenoid magnet for the SDC detector
Akira Yamamoto,Yoshikuni Doi,T. Kondo,Yasuhiro Makida,Kazuhiro Tanaka,Hiroshi Yamaoka,Robert Kephart,R.W. Fast,C. Grozis,Ang Lee,R. P. Stanek,A.M. Stefanik,R. Wands,C.A. Collins,Rudy J. Richardson +14 more
TL;DR: In this paper, a thin superconducting solenoid magnet has been designed for the SDC detector, which is one of major colliding particle detectors for the SC high energy particle accelerator project.
Target Station Design for the Mu2e Experiment
Vitaly Pronskikh,Giorgio Ambrosio,Larry Bartoszek,Michael Campbell,R. Coleman,Chris Densham,George Ginther,Vadim Kashikhin,K. Krempetz,M.J. Lamm,Ang Lee,Anthony Leveling,Peter Loveridge,K. R. Lynch,Nikolai Mokhov,Vladimir Nagaslaev,James L. Popp,Andrew Stefanik,Sergei Striganov,Steven Werkema +19 more
TL;DR: The main part of the Mu2e experiment at Fermilab is devoted to search for the conversion of a negative muon into an electron in the field of a nucleus without emission of neutrinos as mentioned in this paper.
