The enforcement of information security policy is an important issue in organisations. Previous studies approach policy enforcement using deterrence theory to deal with information security violations and focus on end-users’ awareness. This study investigates deterrence strategy within organisations from the perspective of information security managers. The results primarily reveal that current deterrence strategy has little influence on reducing violations because it is only used as a prevention strategy due to the lack of means of detection. Our study suggests that organisations should shift to detection of violations and identification of violators, and expand the range of sanctions. The research also presents an architecture of information security strategies to be operated in a coordinated manner for use in deterring security violations.

Waktu sholat dilaksanakan ketika tanda alam muncul dan sangat terkait dengan posisi matahari di tempat masing-masing permukaan bumi. Secara astronomi, waktu sholat dapat dihitung dan akan menghasilkan jadwal sholat. Saat ini berbagai macam jadwal sholat beredar di tengah-tengah masyarakat, dengan mengacu pada koreksian daerah atau diperuntukkan kota-kota besar meskipun jadwal sholat tersebut diterapkan pada daerah yang berjauhan. penelitian ini dibuat perangkat yang dapat menampilkan jadwal waktu sholat secara elektronik, dengan menitik beratkan pada tingkat keakurasian melalui metode penentuan koordinat titik lokasi secara otomatis. Perangkat dibuat menggunakan 7-segment sebagai penampil jadwal sholat, dan diproses oleh mikrokontroller ATMEGA328. perhitungan jadwal sholat berdasarkan rumus yang digunakan oleh Departemen Agama Republik Indonesia, dengan metode ephemeris. Titik koordinat lokasi jadwal sholat ditentukan smartphonedengan memanfaatkan sensor Global Position System. Hasil pembuatan jadwal waktu sholat digital mempunyai waktu berbanding lurus dengan titik koordinat pada longitudedan latitude, sehingga hasil yang didapat mempunyai tingkat keakuratan yang tinggi.

Measurements of rainfall carried out are generally automatic, but how many parties have carried out research using automatic rain gauge instruments. The rainfall level data obtained can be used to detect flooding so that it reduces the occurrence of natural disasters earlier. The principle works are when rain falls the water is collected and the height will be detected. The Sharp GP2Y0A41SK0F sensor will be read on Arduino Uno and pass through the signal conditioning circuit and then forwarded to the Water Pump to pump water so that the water comes out of the tube and the data will be stored. ESP8266, the Wi-Fi module will send data to Android. Measurements are made when the water is full the value of max 53.2 means heavy rain. After the data is obtained, then look for the standard error of the measurement tool for 7 days. The design of the model builds a tool using a funnel with a diameter of 14 cm and a height of 26 cm. Based on the calculation of the design that has been made the measuring instrument developed is able to measure rainfall up to 26000 mm rain height.

Purbalinga adalah salah satu kabupaten di Provinsi Jawa Tengah yang menarik untuk dikunjungi wisatawan. Potensi wisata dapat meningkatkan pendapatan dan memberi pengaruh penting dalam perkembangan daerah apalagi jika didukung oleh promosi yang menarik.  Salah satu teknologi yang dapat digunakan sebagai penarik minat adalah tersedianya Virtual Reality (VR) yang membawa pengguna dapat berinteraksi dalam lingkungan di dunia maya yang disimulasikan oleh komputer, sehingga pengguna merasa berada didalamnya. Penelitian ini melakukan perancangan dan implementasi aplikasi promosi obyek wisata Kabupaten Purbalingga menggunakan teknologi VR berbasis Android. Penampilan obyek gambar menggunakan panorama 360 o sehingga mampu menampilkan gambar tanpa batas dan tidak terpotong serta dapat melihat sekeliling gambar. Pengguna membutuhkan VR Headset untuk menampilkan obyek secara virtual. Pembuatan aplikasi dilakukan dengan metode Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) dan Unity3D. Aplikasi telah berhasil dioperasikan pada Sistem Operasi Andorid dengan spesifikasi minimal RAM 2GB serta OS Versi 4.4 Kitkat. Hasil penelitian telah dilakukan pengujian melalui kuesioner kepada 10 responden dengan 11 pertanyaan didapatkan rata-rata skor 488 atau persentase kelayakan sebesar 88,72% yang menyatakan bahwa aplikasi sangat layak digunakan. Berdasarkan pengujian black box didapatkan bahwa aplikasi telah berjalan dengan baik dan dapat menampilkan 360 0 panorama beserta informasinya.

Pengujian pada perangkat lunak dibutuhkan sebagai jaminan mutu terhadap kemampuan perangkat lunak. Perangkat lunak diterapkan pada pekerjaan yang nyata tanpa memiliki kendala terhadap kinerja dalam memberikan perintah, memproses perintah hingga memperoleh hasil dari pemrosesan sesuai dengan tujuan pengembangan. Pengujian unit Application Programming Interface ( API ) pada web service fokus sebagai upaya untuk menguji kemampuan pada tiap unit. Unit yang diuji secara spesifik akan digabungkan dengan unit lain hingga menjadi suatu sistem terintegrasi. Aplikasi mobile membutuhkan dukungan API sebagai penghubung dengan basis data, dimana aplikasi mobile dengan basis data tersebut tidak saling berhubungan secara langsung. Tampilan antarmuka pada aplikasi mobile hanya difokuskan sebagai interaksi visual antara pengguna dengan sistem. Sistem yang diberi perintah akan merespon dengan umpan balik yang dihubungkan melalui perantara dan merespon kembali melalui perantara dan dikembalikan dalam bentuk visual melalui antaramuka. Pengujian pada tiap unit sistem menggunakan proses Test-Driven Development ( TDD ) untuk menguji tiap fungsi. Perancangan dan pembangunan web service pada aplikasi e- voting memerlukan pengujian sehingga dalam penerapanya dapat digunakan sesuai dengan spesifikasi yang telah dirancanakan tanpa menimbulkan bug atau error yang dapat menganggu kinerja sistem. API yang telah diuji dan berinteraksi dengan antarmuka dapat melakukan proses data pemilih, validasi data pemilih dan pemilihan. Sistem ini juga telah diuji dengan metode System Usability Scale dengan skor total 69,02. Testing on the software is needed to guarantee its capabilities. So software in real condition wouldn’t have any deflect with the performance to providing wich in line with the goal of development. Testing the Application Programming Interface (API) unit on the web service is an effort to testing the performance of each unit. Specifically tested unit will be combined with other units to become an integrated system. A Mobile application requires API support as the connector to a database, which not directly related to mobile application. The user-interface in mobile application only act as a visual interaction between the user and the system. The commanded system will respond through feedback which connected into a connector and gives the response back through the connector and returns in visual form through an interface. Test-Driven Development (TTD) was used in testing each system unit. Designing and building web service on e-voting application requires testing so that application can be used properly without causing bugs or errors that can interface system performance. Approved APIs are able to process voter data, validate voter data and election. The system also tested with “System Usability Scale” method which gains 69,02 total score.

Pertumbuhan penduduk di Indonesia dari tahun ke tahun semakin meningkat, sehingga berdampak permintaan pangan di Indonesia meningkat. Pertumbuhan penduduk membawa permintaan pangan, khususnya pada permintaan pertanian. Hasil kenaikan tersebut yang paling penting sebagai kebutuhan pokok adalah tanaman padi. Para petani mengembangkan pertanian dalam rangka mecukupi permintaan kebutuhan beras dengan mempercepat masa penanaman dan panen. Kendala saat mempercepat masa penanaman dan panen, para petani belum memperhatikan kualitas lahan, dari segi tanah dan air. Hasil panen yang melimpah dipengaruhi dari kualitas tanah dan air, namun selama ini para petani hanya menggunakan metode perkiraan dan melihat para petani sebelumnya. Metode tersebut ditinjau kurang maksimal, sehingga para petani membutuhkan alat yang dapat mengetahui atau monitoring kandungan tanah dan air. Alat monitoring kandungan air dan tanah dapat membaca kandungan pH, suhu, dan kelembaban pada tanah dan air. Sistem monitoring memiliki dua perangkat hardware dan software. Perangkat hardware meliputi perangkat sensor pH meter, suhu, kelembaban, dan mikrokontroller yang dipasang pada lahan persawahan. Perangkat software meliputi aplikasi android yang terintegrasi pada perangkat hardware dengan sistem penyimpanan server internet. Sistem kerja monitoring yang dilakukan dengan membaca data sensor secara real-time dari persawahan petani dan mengirim data sensor pada server internet. Server internet memiliki fasilitas basis data yang dapat merekam setiap pembacaan sensor. The ease of obtaining information that is easy, fast, and cheap from all over the world through the internet network can encourage someone to take action plagiarism. Plagiarism is an intellectual crime that often occurs in the writing world where the perpetrators take the work of others without declaring the original source; if it continues to be left it will have a negative impact on the academic community and can be a chronic disease in the progress of a nation. At this time, the process of plagiarism detection is done manually and automatically using the help of technological developments (plagiarism detection), but the automatic checks available now mostly just check every letter character contained in the document, cannot check where the plagiarist takes a quote from a foreign language and changed in plagiarist language. Detection of plagiarism in this study will use a winnowing algorithm that has a function to check every character in two samples by hashing method that can generate fingerprint from two documents. While the dictionary method English-Indonesia change the writing from English to Indonesian language. This research will produce plagiarism detection using winnowing algorithm with English-Indonesian dictionary technique.

Dalam hal ini metode yang digunakan untuk menggambarkan kondisi organisasi saat ini dan merancang arsitektur enterprise adalah Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP). Metode ini digunakan untuk menggambarkan dan merancang enterprise architecture yang baik untuk mencapai strategi binis kecamatan tersebut. The jpeg/exif is file’s format for image produced by digital camera such as in the smartphones. The security method for jpeg/exif usages in digital communication currently only full-fill prevention aspect from three aspects of information security, prevention, detection and response. Digital Signature Algorithm (DSA) is a cryptographic method that provide detection aspect of information security by using hash-value as fingerprint of digital documents. The purpose of this research is to compile jpeg/exif file data fingerprint using the hash-value from DSA. The research conducted in four stages. The first stages is the identification of jpeg/exif file structure using Boyer-Moore string matching algorithm to locate the position of file’s segments. The second stage is segment’s content acquisition. The third stage the image files modification experiments to select the suitable element of jpeg/exif file data fingerprint. The fourth stage is the compilation of hash-values to form data fingerprint. The Obtained result has shown that the jpeg/exif file fingerprint comprises three hash value from the SOI segment, APP1's segment, and the SOF0 segment. The jpeg/exif file fingerprint can use for modified image detection, include six types of image modification there are image resizing, text addition, metadata modification, image resizing, image cropping and file type conversion

Boyer-Moore String Matching Algorithm and SHA512 Implementation for Jpeg/exif File Fingerprint Compilation in DSA

The aims of this study to deploy an aerial photography system has the ability to capture panoramic image of specific area. The planned research activities completed within 2 years, with the first year's target is Quadcopter design and manufacture that is equipped with a camera for image acquisition process. Target for the second year is shooting and processing panoramic images thus obtained are accurate. The steps to implement this study are divided into two parts: 1) the design and manufacture of quadcopter and 2) implementation of image capture and processing. The expected results of the study is the automated system that have capability of imaging an area and perform image stitching on the imaging results so obtained image represents an area with a particular area with an adequate level of resolution. Thus this system can be referred for the next advance that is more complex for example: prediction system of agricultural crops with aerial photography, residential density estimation system with aerial photos, and hazard mitigation systems by using aerial photographs. The preliminary result of this research is panoramic images capturing with quadcopter. Quadcopter could flight as high as 6 meters for 3 minutes. Improvement is expected to reach flight capability of quadcopter as high as 100 m within 10 minutes flight time minimum.
