PURPOSE:To prevent the projection of a console panel and enable the formation of a sufficiently thick insulation wall by forming an insertion space of a console panel and an indication window on a door cap on a lower side and providing an insertion port of said console panel on one side of the door. CONSTITUTION:A console panel 24 is inserted into the side of a door cap 17 from a console panel insertion port 20 so that sliding sections 27 and 28 of the console panel may be engaged with sliding grooves 31 and 32 formed on the upper side and the lower side of the console panel insertion space 22 on the back side of an indication window 19 below the door cap. By the sliding insertion as stated above, an indication means 25 of the console panel is exposed on the indication window 19 and the console panel insertion port 20 is clogged with a cover 29 integrated into the console panel in one piece when the console panel 24 is pushed to a specified position. The pin of a connector 30 mounted at the tip of the console panel on the back side is connected with the connector mounted on a back wall 23 which forms the console panel insertion space 22 by sliding and inserting the console panel 24.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a storing structure capable of easily and reliably storing a document file in a file holder. SOLUTION: A plurality of first notch grooves 7 entering horizontally are made at an edge part in the longitudinal direction of a document file 5 with specified intervals vertically, and second notch grooves 8 entering vertically from the groove end 7a positions of the first notch grooves 7 are made to form a L-shaped locking grooves 9. A plurality of opposing protrusions 10 which are narrower in width than the groove width of the locking grooves 9 are formed at a predetermined interval along the respective locking grooves 9. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that much time and troublesome operations for taking in/out the file are attended with any one of conventional types of files, for example, a type of file which makes a document bound to a binder by piercing a hole in the document, a filing collective type file which makes the document filed by being inserted into a thin vinyl bag shape, a file-case type (single-piece type) in which a part aligned with the binder is protruded, in which a hole for the binder is pierced in the part and which makes a file case itself bound by opening a clamp of the binder, or a type of file which makes some files managed by being put in a paper or plastic case. SOLUTION: The binding of the auxiliary holder for the file facilitates detachment because only the operations of setting the conventionally bound document in the file case (the single piece type) and sandwiching it in the auxiliary holder for the file are required. PURPOSE:To stably discriminate the polarity of a synchronizing signal by changing a synchronizing pulse duration by a time constant circuit consisting of a resistance and a capacitor and inputting the output and the synchronizing signal to a D flip flop. CONSTITUTION:The vertical or the horizontal synchronizing signal is inputted to a monostable multivibrator 4 from an input terminal 1. The trailing edge of the synchronizing signal is read by the monostable multivibrator 4 to output the pulse of the duration decided in the time constant circuit consisting of the resistance 2 and the capacitor 3 by defining the trailing edge to be a start from the monostable multivibrator 4. The output of the monostable multivibrator 4 is inputted to the clock input terminal CK of the D flip flop 5 and the synchronizing signal is inputted to the input terminal D. The DC signal of H or L level corresponding to the polarity the synchronizing signal is outputted from the D flip flop 5.
