TL;DR: In this paper, a general and efficient procedure for the preparation of dialkyl phosphate esters by indium(III) chloride catalyzed phosphoryl transfer from diethyl and diphenyl chlorophosphate to a variety of alcoholsand phenols in THF in presence of triethylamine was developed.
