Enhanced Simulated Annealing Technique for the Single-Row Routing Problem
TL;DR: ESSR (Enhanced Simulated annealing for Single-row Routing) model for solving the single-row routing problem is presented and results compare well against results obtained from the earlier model (SRR-7) and two other methods reported in the literature.
Journal ArticleDOI
Multi Input Intervention Model for Evaluating the Impact of the Asian Crisis and Terrorist Attacks on Tourist Arrivals
TL;DR: In this paper, the impact of the Asian financial crisis and terrorist attacks Bali on the number of tourist arrivals by using a multi-input intervention model was investigated, and the results showed that the Asian crisis and Bali bombings yield negative impacts on the tourist arrivals to Indonesia via Soekarno-Hatta airport.
Journal ArticleDOI
A New Fourth-Order Embedded Method Based on the Harmonic Mean
Nazeeruddin Yaacob,Bahrom Sanugi +1 more
TL;DR: In this paper, an embedded method based on harmonic and arithmetic means of order 4 was proposed to estimate the solutions of initial value problems, and the absolute stability region of this scheme was also studied and a numerical example to justify the effectiveness of the method.
Journal ArticleDOI
Single-Row Transformation of Complete Graphs
TL;DR: This paper presents a technique for transforming a complete graph into a single-row routing problem, and a parallel computing model is proposed which contributes in making the problem modular and scalable.
Journal ArticleDOI
The use of Taguchi method to determine factors affecting the performance of destination sequence distance vector routing protocol in mobile ad hoc networks
TL;DR: In this paper, Taguchi method was used to identify the several factors that may affect the performance of DSDV routing protocol, such as node speed, node pause time and traffic load.
