Data classification for air quality on wireless sensor network monitoring system using decision tree algorithm

TL;DR: An implementation of the classification algorithm for classifying air quality in BSC node for generating the danger status of the warning system and it is shown that the proposed decision tree algorithm has the capability to classify the air quality data from sensor nodes with the accuracy and precision.
Proceedings ArticleDOI

Wood identification based on histogram of oriented gradient (HOG) feature and support vector machine (SVM) classifier

TL;DR: This work develops wood identification using computer vision by using Histogram of Oriented Gradient (HOG) to extract the species of wood and Support Vector Machines (SVM) to classify wood species, which will improve the accuracy of wood identification process.
Journal ArticleDOI

Growth and characterization of deposits in the combustion chamber of a diesel engine fueled with B50 and Indonesian biodiesel fuel (IBF)

TL;DR: In this article, the impact of B50 and Indonesian biodiesel fuel (IBF: diesel fuel containing 10% palm oil biodiesel) on engine durability was investigated over 200 h. The results revealed that B50 produced relatively larger amounts of deposits especially on the valves and injector tip while also increased the risk of ring sticking.
Journal ArticleDOI

Compressive Sensing Algorithm for Data Compression on Weather Monitoring System

TL;DR: By comparing performance of data recovery, result show that DCT (Discrete Cosine Transform) is the best performance on sparsifying weather data.
Proceedings ArticleDOI

Design and implementation of Remote Terminal Unit on Mini Monitoring Weather Station Based on Microcontroller

TL;DR: The use of a single master — multi slave communication method in a Remote Terminal Unit (RTU) of Mini Monitoring Weather Station Based on Microcontroller is explained.
