Abstract: The present invention discloses a preparation process of oligosaccharide and trans-ferulaic acid. Wheat bran, rice bran, bagasse, bean skin and other plant leftover with high polysaccharide content as material is reacted by polysaccharide hydrolase and feruaic acid esterase to produce oligosaccharide and trans-ferulaic acid. The present invention has wide material source, high extraction rate andlow production cost. The production process has mild condition; uses no acid, alkali and other chemical matter; and has no change in the natural property of the product and no environmental pollution.

Abstract: The invention relates to a method of taking bran as raw materials to prepare high-purity low-poly araboxylan and ferulic acid and belongs to the field of biomass comprehensive utilization. According to the invention, the bran of wheat and corns are subjected to efficient pre-processing and an ultrasonic assisted composite enzymolysis is adopted so as to obtain a mixed liquid of the araboxylan and the ferulic acid, and then the mixed liquid flows through absorbent carbon to be subjected to adsorption and separation; the araboxylan solution is subjected to bleaching through the combination of absorbent carbon particles and bleaching resin, and subjected to chromatographic fractionation through a sequential simulated moving bed, so as to obtain the low-poly araboxylan product with oligosaccharide purity higher than 95 percent; and the ferulic acid is subjected to ethanol leaching to obtain the high-purity ferulic acid product. According to the invention, the bran, by-products of grain processing, are taken as raw materials for deep processing and comprehensive utilization, thereby obtaining two products which have high added value, are high in purity and good in functionality; and accordingly, the food raw material utilization rate is effectively improved, and the added value of the deep processing industry of the food is increased.

Abstract: A process for extraction of ferulic acid present in an aqueous phase, obtained by treatment of at least one plant material, and also containing polysaccharides, is described, said process comprising at least the following steps: 1) the treatment of said plant material followed by a solid/liquid separation to recover a solid phase and an aqueous liquid phase comprising the ferulic acid and said polysaccharides, 2) the treatment of said liquid phase to selectively separate, on the one hand, the polysaccharides and, on the other hand, the ferulic acid present in an aqueous fraction, 3) the concentration of said aqueous fraction containing the ferulic acid so as to recover a ferulic acid-concentrated stream, 4) the recovery of the ferulic acid in solid form.

Abstract: Methods for preparing black soybean hull extracts and uses thereof. The methods can comprise: (1) extracting crushed black soybean hull with aqueous solution containing enzyme and filtering the extracted liquid; (2) ultrafiltration of the extract liquid with an ultrafiltration membrane; (3) absorbing the ultrafiltration liquid with an absorption resin or an ion exchange resin, and elution with ethanol to obtain purified extract liquid; (4) concentrating the purified extract liquid under vacuum; (5) spray drying the concentrated liquid. The extract can contain: 10-45% of cyanidin, 10-25% of catechin, and 40-80% of OPC, and with a total polyphenol content as high as 70-100%. The extract can be used for preparing drugs or food containing antioxidants, or used for improving metabolic syndrome or eyesight.

Abstract: The invention discloses a method for preparing ferulic acid. The method comprises slant culture, preparation of a seed culture solution, solid state fermentation, preparation of a crude enzyme liquid, enzymolysis and detection of the concentration of ferulic acid. The ferulic acid is prepared with an Aspergillus niger TRIIM 3.00954 solid state fermentation enzyme production method, the conditions are mild, the environment is seldom polluted, the yield of products is high, few byproducts are produced, the production steps are simple, the production cycle is short, and the method is an economical and feasible ferulic acid production process with great industrial prospect.
