The invention relates to a large scale MIMO integrated base station comprising a base-band module, four radio frequency modules, and an antenna module. The base-band module, radio frequency modules and the antenna module are in integrated interconnection by means of high speed backplanes. By use of the base station, the transmission cost of base-band signals and transmission insertion loss of the radio frequency to antenna are reduced; the channel capacity limitation of the present 4G wireless network is overcome; the problem of large network construction scale of the next generation mobile communication network by means of the present distributed architecture and AAS architecture network construction is solved. The base station has strong expandability so that the number of antenna array modules can be configured flexibly.
