Further, a deceleration calculating means M3 calculates the deceleration BETAp of the vehicle necessary for passing the corner based on the output of the proper speed of passing speed calculating means M2 and a speed detection means 6, respectively. When the deceleration BETAp determined by the deceleration arithmetic means M3 exceeds the reference deceleration BETA1, BETA2 determined by the reference deceleration arithmetic means M1, a judgment means M4 actuates a speed adjusting device C and the alarm for a driver and the deceleration of the vehicle are executed, respectively.
