Journal ArticleDOI
Liquid paraffin as new dilution medium for the analysis of high boiling point residual solvents with static headspace-gas chromatography.
Ward D’Autry,Chao Zheng,John Bugalama,Kris Wolfs,Jos Hoogmartens,Erwin Adams,Bochu Wang,Ann Van Schepdael +7 more
TL;DR: The optimized headspace-gas chromatography method was developed and optimized and found that the detection limits were below 1μg/vial for each compound, indicating a drastically increased sensitivity compared to the Pharmacopoeia method, which failed to detect the compounds at their respective limit concentrations.
Journal ArticleDOI
Impurity analysis of gentamicin bulk samples by improved liquid chromatography-ion trap mass spectrometry
Chao Zheng,Chao Zheng,Bochu Wang,Ming-juan Wang,Jos Hoogmartens,Ann Van Schepdael,Erwin Adams +6 more
TL;DR: In this article, several gentamicin bulk samples from different origins were investigated using an LC/MS method on a Capcell Pak C18 (AQ) column with the mobile phase containing 50 mM trifluoroacetic (TFA) and methanol.
