The high failure of e-Government is a motivation to do the research about Success Factors of e-Government implementation. Studying CSFs is an important issue that helps to implement e-Government successfully and to avoid failure. There have been various Success Factors of eGovernment implementation obtained from CSFs Studies by other researcher but gives no overall big picture. In this paper, author wants to synthesize some studies to get a generic model of Success Factor for e-Government implementation. The method used in this study is Meta-Ethnography for synthesizing qualitative findings about 94 studies and 571 CSFs concepts. The result from the study is 55 Synthesized Success factors that Government organization and all parties must pay attention to ones for successful e-Government implementation.

The Critical Success Factors Study for e-Government Implementation

The purpose of this paper is to present the maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) and aeronautical industry literature review, providing insights related to strategies of MRO business models. The fundamentals of MRO services and the aeronautical industry have been identified through an extensive literature review. The impact of the MRO outsourcing model was then investigated from the perspective of each stakeholder (aircraft original equipment manufacturers OEMs, repair shops, system suppliers and airlines) using a SWOT (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats) analysis. First, MRO basic concepts were identified: how FAA (Federal Aviation Administration) classifies repair and how MRO is performed. This study also analyzed a simplified parts and MRO services flow in the aeronautical industry, characterizing two important stakeholders: customers and repair shops. Although the production parts purchasing process is fairly simple, the spare parts process requires more attention due to the many players involved. Finally, the SWOT analysis identified strong competition between stakeholders; however, the investigation indicates that there is a tendency for the market to build partnerships between stakeholders to expand market penetration.

Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) Fundamentals and Strategies: An Aeronautical Industry Overview

Risk management in defence aircraft industry has considerable interest among academics and practitioners The purpose of this paper is to develop interactions among risk factors dimensions (RFDs) and inspect the importance relationship among the performance measures in Indian aircraft industry and, finally, understand the effect of involvements provided by the managerial team on risk reduction process,An extensive literature review was carried out to identify 26 risk parameters and 13 performance measure indices relevant for an aircraft industry Survey method was used to obtain the importance of these parameters and measures Further, these factors are grouped into five risk dimensions based on the brain storming session by the project managers Initially, Risk factors for defense aircraft industry (RFDs) analyzed by Interpretative structural model (ISM) to know the contextual relationship among the RFDs and then applied Interpretive ranking process (IRP) to inspect the pre-eminence relationship among them Finally, SD is applied to understand the effect of involvements provided by the managerial team on risk reduction process,Government policy and legal RFDs has emerged as the key driving RFDs In IRP modelling, technology RFD has emerged as more influential RFD which is the more relevant factor with respect to performance measure indices and this result is supported by detailed sensitivity analysis of system dynamic model,The outcomes of this research can help project management team to identify the high severity risk factors which need immediate risk reduction/mitigation action

Modelling of risk factors for defence aircraft industry using interpretive structural modelling, interpretive ranking process and system dynamics

By using Meta-Ethnography, this study attempt to synthesize some studies to get the generic list of success factors for e-Government initiative. The initiative to develop an e-Government system has been proliferated in several countries. However, a lot of e-Government initiatives are fail. Several success factors should be accommodated to avoid the failures. There have been some researchers who tried to formulate various kinds of success factors that related to e-Government initiative. However, all of those success factors are scattered in various studies in form of conference papers or journal articles. There were 46 studies were included in this study. All of them are considered to be related in reciprocal translation. There are 335 concepts of success factors that obtained from the included studies. Those concepts further be translated and synthesized. As the foremost result, 36 success factors for e-Government initiative are obtained. Those 36 success factor should be accommodated by all parties that involved in the e-Government initiative.

Enhancing competitive advantage through successful lean realisation within the aviation Maintenance Repair and Overhaul (MRO) industry

: The purpose of this MBA professional report is to supplement the long and short range strategic development efforts of Fleet Readiness Center Southwest (FRCSW) by providing command leadership with an analysis of the current aviation maintenance, repair, and overhaul (MRO) industry to identify potential expansion opportunities for FRCSW. Strategy development is dependent upon a solid, current and complete industrial analysis. An industrial analysis includes, 1) a definition of the industry, 2) a description of external forces acting upon the industry, 3) a description of the industry structure and 4) an examination of the key success factors that benchmark the requirements for a firm to stay competitive in the industry. These analyses provide FRCSW with the information required to leverage their core competencies to indentify and capitalize on potential opportunities in the industry. This study identifies emerging trends, presents projected forecasts, identifies external forces on both the military aviation MRO industry and FRCSW, and discusses those factors that are key to long term success in the military aviation MRO industry. The conclusions present a number of opportunities for FRCSW to explore in their effort to remain the Navy's premier aviation depot.
