Abstract: residency. So far the residents have taken on this project with enthusiasm and hope that their contributions will lead to potential improvement of issues relevant to them. Data are being collected to evaluate the validity of this SPI project on CQI and will be shared in the near future. We hope this curriculum will be translatable to other institutions, not only to meet their requirements for a systems-based curriculum, but also to help facilitate significant local improvements in patient care delivery and residency training processes.
