The survey is also extended more detailed regarding different considerations. Here we also discussed different test parameters. We also try to measures different impact on the organizational characteristics; fulfill user requirements. Five essential areas of project feasibility are also discussed here. Benefits of conducting feasibility study and different aspects consider here for discussion.

Application of Delphi methods to research on critical success factors in joint venture projects in Malaysia

The construction project is always preceded by the needs of the project owner. To meet project objectives both in terms of cost, time and quality can be done with various procurement models. Sometimes the inappropriate selection of procurement models results in disputes. The selection of the right procurement model is intended to achieve the success of the project itself where success can be interpreted as the objectives of the project can be achieved. Currently procurement model build build is a procurement method that is generally implemented to mendelivery a project. The problems that arise that affect the performance of a project are usually the initial determination of the start of the work, as these initial determinations will affect the overall employment step. The main cause of early physical delay of work, will greatly affect the performance of the work as a whole. Proyek konstruksi selalu diawali oleh kebutuhan dari pemilik proyek. Untuk memenuhi tujuan proyek baik dari segi aspek biaya, waktu dan mutu dapat dilakukan dengan berbagai model procurement. Ada kalanya pemilihan model procurement yang tidak tepat mengakibatkan perselisihan. Pemilihan model procurement yang tepat dimaksudkan untuk mencapai kesuksesan dari proyek itu sendiri dimana sukses dapat diartikan tujuan dari proyek dapat tercapai. Saat ini model procurement Design build merupakan metode procurement yang umumnya dilaksanakan untuk mendelivery suatu proyek.
Permasalahan yang timbul yang mempengaruhi kinerja proyek biasanya adalah penentuan awal mulainya pekerjaaan, kerena penentuan awal ini akan mempengaruhi langkah pekerjaaan seluruhnya Penentuan awal proyek ditentukan dalam dokumen kontrak (FIDIC MDB harmonies). Pada penandatanganan ini kontraktor sudah dapat memulai pekerjaan dengan memperhitungkan waktu pelaksanaan yang didalammya terdapat perencanaan proyek tersebut.
Penyebab utama awal keterlambatan fisik pekerjaan, akan sangat mepengaruhi kinerja pekerjaan secara keseluruhan. Pada model kontrak rancang bangun adalah, dimana unsur perencanaan (disain) menjadi tanggung jawab dari kontraktor pelaksana, sehingga mulai tidaknya pekerjaan sepenuhnya ditangan kontraktor pelaksana. Sehingga perlu dicari akar masalah keterlambatan awal pekerjaan ini sehingga didapat solusi penyelesaiannya.

Analisis faktor keterlambatan dimulainya pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi pada model kontrak rancang bangun

The application of new technology as a result of research and development carried out by the Research and Development Agency of the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing is one of the efforts for technological needs in infrastructure development. The implementation of technology implementation activities still faces many obstacles, one of which is the tender process. Project Characteristics Factors, Capability of Contractors and Application of New Technology can influence whether the contractor will continue or stop the tender process. This research is based on a sample of respondents from related parties including goods / service providers (contractors), work owners and groups of goods / services procurement units. The results of the data obtained were analyzed with the partial least-squares structural equation model (PLS-SEM). The analysis shows that the ability of the Contractor has the greatest influence on the Tender Process. This means that the contractor's resources are the main force to carry out the project so that it is not too dependent on other parties. Thus, it can be concluded that the consideration of ownership of the contractor's resources becomes a factor for the contractor to continue the tender process that he follows by making an offer. Because with its capital and equipment, the contractor will be able to offer more efficiently.

The concept of Design and Build quickly becomes the preferred form of project completion. With this concept, it is possible for a project to be completed more quickly, with quality and costs according to plan. However, based on the results of research on construction projects in Jakarta, there are many that do not meet expectations. This study aims to determine the relationship of project owner factors, planner-builder factors, and project characteristics on airport design projects. Based on PLS SEM analysis of 65 respondents, it was found that the factor of the project owner has a positive but not significant effect on the performance of the Airport project, the builder planner has a negative but not significant effect on the performance of the Airport project, while the project characteristics factor has a positive and significant effect on project performance Airport. The results of this study provide confirmation and direction in the work of design projects in the future, especially for design projects at the airport.

The effect of project owners, plan-developers and characteristics of projects on airport building performance

The growth of container flows that is not supported by infrastructure needs has caused goods congestion at Tanjung Perak Port. The situation has an impact on the flow of goods and makes container mobilization stop flowing. Railway infrastructure construction is expected to overcome the problem of goods congestion, especially because this project will be integrated with other transportation at the Port in an intermodal transportation system. The Delphi method is used as an approach to get the dominant aspect to be analyzed in a feasibility study of a railway construction project at the Port of Tanjung Perak. Delphi method results show that the financial aspect and market aspect are the dominant parameters to be analyzed in the feasibility study of a railway construction project. The results of the market feasibility analysis showed that 87.67% of stakeholders agreed with the railway development project plan, with a target market of 19.99% of the number of containers and absorption of around 84% of the target market. The results of the financial feasibility analysis are obtained, the Net Present Value (NPV) is 1,184,370> 0 (profitable project), the Benefit-Cost Ratio (BCR) is 1.39 ≥ 1 (the project is feasible), and the value of the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) is 13%> MARR, (investment is feasible). From the results of the financial feasibility analysis, the railway construction project is categorized as possible. Meanwhile, the break-even point for this project is in the 12th year with the results of a profit-loss analysis showing that in the fourth year, the railway operational activities have shown a positive trend/profit.

Bidding cost evaluation with fuzzy methods on building project in Jakarta

Pertumbuhan industri diharapkan mencapai pertumbuhan 2 (dua) digit pada tahun 2035 sehingga kontribusi industri dalam Produk Domestik Bruto (PDB) mencapai 30% (tiga puluh persen). Salah satu industri yang menjadi target adalah pembangunan Industri Pakan Ternak. Keberhasilan proyek pembangunan Industri Pakan Ternak dapat ditinjau dari ketepatan aspek waktu, biaya, dan mutu. Namun, praktik di lapangan seringkali terjadi keterlambatan proyek yang mengakibatkan terkendalanya pembelian dan penyimpanan bahan baku untuk produksi pakan ternak. Sebagai antisipasi keterlambatan proyek maka perlu dilakukan optimasi kinerja proyek dengan percepatan pelaksanaan pembangunan gudang curah ( Bulk Godown ) dengan metode C rashing dan Linear Programming . Percepatan pada proyek pembangunan gudang curah menggunakan alternatif penambahan jam kerja lembur dengan 3 cara yaitu penambahan 1 jam lembur, 2 jam lembur serta 3 jam lembur. Data yang digunakan adalah data primer yang diambil dari proses wawancara dan data sekunder berupa dokumen-dokumen terkait, yaitu RAB, Penjadwalan, SPK serta dokumen lainnya,. Waktu normal proyek selama 152 haridengan biaya normal sebesar 15.121.040.000,-. Dari hasil analisis Crashing diperoleh waktu optimum untuk percepatan penyelesaian proyek dengan penambahan 2 jam lembur selama 131 hari dengan biaya total Rp. 15.387.512.677,-. Dan hasil analisis Linear Programming diperoleh total waktu optimum percepatan penyelesaian proyek selama 124 hari dengan biaya total Rp. 15.252.623.540,-
