Code priority of multiuser OFDM systems in frequency asynchronous environments

TL;DR: A code priority scheme based on the even/odd Hadamard-Walsh code selection is proposed to enhance the performance of the PMU-OFDM system in a CFO environment by ranking codewords according to their contributions to MAI.

Lightweight High-Performance Blind Image Quality Assessment

TL;DR: Zhang et al. as mentioned in this paper proposed a novel blind image quality assessment (BIQA) method with a small model, low computational complexity, and high performance, which includes five steps: image cropping, unsupervised representation generation, supervised feature selection, distortion-specific prediction, regression and decision ensemble.
Proceedings ArticleDOI

Video classification in user profile generation for personalized broadcast services

TL;DR: In this article, an automatic generation of user profiles, as specified in the MPEG-7 user preference description scheme, for personized broadcast services is investigated, where visual and motion features are extracted from source video sequences, such as the number of intra-coded macroblocks, the macroblock motion information, temporal variances and shot activity histograms.

Radiographic Outcomes following ACDF with Hyperlordotic Implants to Achieve Cervical Anterior Column Realignment (ACR).

TL;DR: In this article , the authors used hyperlordotic polyetheretherketone (PEEK) implant for anterior column realignment (ACR) in patients with degenerative cervical myelopathy.
