Electrochemical and physical properties of poly(acrylonitrile)/poly(vinyl acetate)-based gel electrolytes for lithium ion batteries
Fábio Augusto do Amaral,Carla Dalmolin,Sheila C. Canobre,Nerilso Bocchi,Romeu C. Rocha-Filho,Sonia R. Biaggio +5 more
TL;DR: In this article, the copolymer PAN-PVA was used as separator and electrolyte in lithium ion batteries, and the performance of PAN-based gel electrolytes was investigated for two different systems.
Journal ArticleDOI
The influence of the industrial processing on the degradation of poly(hidroxybutyrate) - PHB
TL;DR: In this paper, the molar mass reduction after processing, predicted when only thermal degradation is considered, was calculated in function of the kinetic parameters, such as constant thermal degradation and residence time during the industrial processing.
Journal ArticleDOI
Electropolymerization of polyaniline on high surface area carbon substrates
TL;DR: In this paper, a modification of a well established aniline electrodeposition methodology is proposed, and the electrical and morphological characteristics of the resulting Pani films were analyzed, using electrochemical impedance spectroscopy and scanning electron microscopy, in terms of the current penetration profile within the RVC™ electrode.
Journal ArticleDOI
Natural additives for poly (hydroxybutyrate - CO - hydroxyvalerate) - PHBV: effect on mechanical properties and biodegradation
Daiane Gomes Brunel,Wagner Mauricio Pachekoski,Carla Dalmolin,José Augusto Marcondes Agnelli +3 more
TL;DR: The additives in the copolymer were efficient, resulting in an adequate processing due to the presence of nucleate and an improvement of the mechanical properties of the resulting material provided by the action of the plasticizer.
Journal ArticleDOI
Reticulated vitreous carbon/polypyrrole composites as electrodes for lithium batteries: Preparation, electrochemical characterization and charge–discharge performance
TL;DR: In this article, different polypyrrole (PPy) composites were prepared via electrochemical deposition onto reticulated vitreous carbon (RVC) and tested as cathodes in lithium batteries.
