A method for improving the performance of fracturing processes in oil production fields may rely on polymer coated particles carried in the fracturing fluid. The particles may include heavy substrates, such as sand, ceramic sand, or the like coated with polymers selected to absorb water, increasing the area and volume to travel more readily with the flow of fluid without settling out, or allowing the substrate to settle out. Ultimately, the substrate may become lodged in the fissures formed by the pressure or hydraulic fracturing, resulting in propping open of the fissures for improved productivity.

The present invention relates to a forming roller for a rotary die cutting apparatus capable of cutting a sheet type material. The forming roller for the rotary die cutting apparatus according to the present invention includes a roller body in a cylindrical shape; a pressurizing member inserting groove extending from an end of the roller body to an inside of the roller body; a guide groove intersecting with the pressurizing member inserting groove at an inner part of the roller body and extending to an outer circumference of the roller body; a cutting die having a base sheet adhering to the outer circumference of the roller body and bendable to be wound around the roller body, and a blade protruding through an outer surface of the base sheet; a fixing protrusion protruding from the roller body so that the fixing protrusion is inserted into a fixing hole of the base sheet; a movable fixing member having a moving member coupled to the guide groove to be slidable, and a latch member coupled to the moving member and protruding upward from the outer circumference of the roller body; and a pressurizing member inserted into the pressurizing member inserting groove to pressurize the moving member. The pressurizing member pressurizes the moving member to move the moving member along the guide groove so that the movable fixing member pulls one end of the base sheet to another end of the base sheet to adhere the base sheet to the roller body.

Forming roller for rotary die cutting apparatus

The invention discloses a concrete admixture for a permeable pavement of a road. The concrete admixture is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 50 to 80 parts of a water reducer,5 to 15 parts of asbestos powder, 8 to 25 parts of silicon dioxide, 8 to 15 parts of stearic acid, 2 to 9 parts of methyl cellulose, 4 to 11 parts of diethylenetriamine and 8 to 20 parts of silicon carbide. By adopting the concrete admixture for the permeable pavement of the road, disclosed by the invention, the strength of concrete can be improved and the durability of the concrete is increased;the water permeability and the air permeability of the pavement are improved.

A concrete composition and method include a portion of fine aggregate bearing a coating of a polymer, which may be a continuous coating layer or a layer of powdered, discrete particles embedded in a binder. The polymeric coating may be a super absorbent polymer (insoluble in water, but absorbing water), or another polymer such as the acrylamides, co-polymers thereof, polyacrylamides, or the like (soluble in water). The coating absorbs water, but particles are too small to form significant voids. Water is absorbed into the concrete mix in far greater proportions (e.g. w/c ratio over 0.5) improving workability, doubling workability time, and improving ultimate compressive stress (strength).

SOLUTION: The water permeable concrete is produced using 100 pts.wt. powder of cement or the like, 0-100 pts.wt. fine aggregate, 400-600 pts.wt. coarse aggregate, 0.1-1 pt.wt. thickening additive comprising a mixture of a water-soluble cellulose ether and water-soluble polysaccharides in a weight ratio of 10:90 to 30:70, 0.3-15 pts.wt. organic polymer, 0-1 pt.wt. water-reducing agent and 20-50 pts.wt. water. A receiver 15 having a receiving surface 15a for pressing the sheet is provided on one of the flexible bases 12a at a position corresponding to the counterpart blade 17.
