The invention discloses a novel circulating spherical shell device. The device comprises a spherical shell with the interior full of constant-temperature oil, sensors, a temperature acquisition display instrument and a workbench. The sensors are attached to the spherical shell and connected with the temperature acquisition display instrument through connecting wires. A second inner pipe containingconstant-temperature oil is arranged on one side of the spherical shell horizontally, and a rectangular oil return pipe used for recovering constant-temperature oil is arranged at the upper end of the inner wall of the spherical shell. Since the interior of the spherical shell is full of the constant-temperature oil, the surface temperature of the spherical shell is constant and uniform through temperature conduction of the constant-temperature oil, and a heat source with the constant and uniform surface temperature is formed.
